☆3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Cannes ☆

*Imagine a place to stay, within a short walk from EVERYTHING you'll need: city main streets, beaches, Palais des Congrès, train station, all kinds of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques and other points of interests...And imagine as well that this place is a large 4-bedroom apartment, entirely renovated, tastefully decorated and specially designed for the perfect vacations... Welcome home... Your home, that is ;)*

This apartment features the following:

- A large living room with a sofa and a TV for relaxing, a coffee table for cocktails (or coffee...) and a dining table for all your meals, with family, friends, colleagues, etc... Also works if you are alone, if you like the space all for yourself.

- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?). You will find utensils, dishware, silverware, glassware, tableware... basically every ware everywhere... here and there.

- A first bedroom (deep blue theme) with a queen size bed (160cm) and a closet/dressing.

- A second bedroom (yellow theme), that is exactly the same as the first one, bed size and closet, except for the color.

- A large bathroom with shower, adjacent to both bedrooms.

- A third bedroom (suite for this one, and with light blue theme), with queen size bed, closet/dressing and its own little shower room.

- Separate toilets near the entrance, but you might be glad they are on their own.

** APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:**

- Dual cooling/heating system: please use common sense and avoid setting it to 18 degrees C. in the middle of August, and 35 C. in winter.

- Double-pane windows for optimal calm and comfort.

- Wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

- Upscale finishes and tastefully decorated.

**AND AS A BONUS**

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.** (Subject to penalties if house rules are not followed.)

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps in your street, the Rue Jean Jaures, you will be able to enjoy the following activities within a few short minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Stroll along the Croisette and if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats. (5 minutes to get there.)

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a convention. (5 minutes away too.)

Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques on the famous Rue d’Antibes.(1 minute to get there, more to empty your account, depending on its size.)

Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time depends on your legs and feet).


**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
