It is located near the beach, accessible on foot via the footbridge located next to the residence. It is 5 minutes from the port of La Duquesa and the charming village of Estepona, and 15 minutes from the prestigious marina of Sotogrande. Several supermarkets are just 3 minutes by car.



The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

Soggiorno fantastico

L'appartamento è meraviglioso oltre quello che ci aspettavamo. Zona silenziosa e sicura. Vista mozzafiato. Piscina piacevole e spesso tutta per noi! Luogo molto rilassante dopo una giornata di visite. Forse più prodotti da bagno e detersivo lavatrice. Viaggiando in aereo abbiamo dovuto comperare e poi lasciare lì. Ma jn generale siamo stati comunque molto soddisfatti.

Tolle Wohnung /laute Lage

Die Wohnung ist toll, mit Allem was man braucht und die Aussicht wundervoll. Die Lage ist sehr laut, praktisch direkt an der A-7 und die Terrasse nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Garagen Zufahrt eine Zumutung und der Garagen Platz sehr eng. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. Leider nichts…… der Service der Agentur war perfekt, vielen Dank. Zapholiday ist eine tolle Agentur.
