L’emplacement est idéal et la place de parking est très appréciable.Petit bémol sur la terrasse qui est dominée par une pharmacie et un centre médical avec des gens qui patientent dehors une bonne partie de la journée rien de rédhibitoire mais à prendre en compte si vous cherchez le calme.Sinon en plein été il y’a une terrasse à l’arrière mais un peu froide en ce début de printempsSinon appartement très agréable etConforme àL’annonce
