Great location & comfy size for a group of 6.

Super location - easy access to all the sights and transport. Close by you have access to supermarkets, bakeries and take out food. Would highly recommend.

Trip to Paris

This property is great! It is in a quite neighborhood near the Arc de Triomphe. I communicated with Laurent several times before my trip and he was very responsive helpful. The apartment was very clean and looked to be newly renovated. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us (all adults). It is on the 3rd floor which was fine for us, but be prepared for some stairs.

Excellent neighborhood. Good apartment for a family but without views to main streets!

The apartment is good, with enough space for a family of six persons, I would not consider it for eight because the sofa-bed is not confortable for sleeping. The description off the amenities is correct, however the furniture is not of good quality, the closet doors are off the rails and difficult to open. When we arrived all the stair-way was very dirty, which caused us a very bad impression, however it was cleaned the following day. The neighborhood is great, you will find very good restaurants, boulangeries, small supermarkets and le marché de Poncelet, which is great for any kind of fresh food. The apartment is not located in the main street but in a "passage" which is a very small alley, therefore don't expect a good view from the windows, however is very clear and bright. If you feel cold, you have to talk with the Host because the heating is blocked and you cannot change it. I had a problem with the payment, since the price indicated in my booking with Vrbo was lower than the amount charged by the Host. I am still complaining with Vrbo to see who will reimburse me the additional amount of 221€.

Semana en familia, muy bien situado para ir a todas partes de Paris en metro autobus e incluso andando. Un barrio bonito, tranquilo, rodeado de todo lo necesario. El apartamento como anunciado. Une salle de bain à une fenêtre et l’autre une ventilation mais nous vous conseillons lors de votre prochaine visite d’utiliser les radiateurs sèche serviettes qui contribuent à une atmosphère agréable surtout en hiver.
