The home features 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a 3rd level entertainment room. The ROOFTOP has a hot tub perfect to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. The enclosed outdoor common area has an available firepit and two gas grills.
4 Side by Side Luxury Styled Townhomes in their on secluded community. *Private garages for off street parking. Two fully equipped, kitchens, 2nd and 3rd level. Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Level Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, *1st level bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd level Entertainment Room 65" HDTV.
