Just a short walk from the villa, the Atlantic Ocean offers perfect conditions for swimming and surfing, with spots suitable for all levels.
The nearby Biscarrosse-Cazaux lake, just a few minutes away, is a peaceful setting ideal for paddleboarding, canoeing, waterskiing, tow-in surfing, and inflatable water games. Its shallow, calm waters make it especially safe and enjoyable for young children and families.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the 27-hole course located close to the house.
From the villa, numerous cycling paths wind through the Landes forest, connecting the ocean, lakes, and pine groves — all the way to Arcachon for the more adventurous.
