Apartment comfortable, well maintained, and good size for two people. Location excellent for visitors with a car - between Collioure and Port Vendre - wonderful sea views from balcony, local beach two minutes away, and supermarket ten minutes walk away. Good value and well managed.

Amazing view

Nice stay place to stay in collioure. The view from every room is amazing, blue sky and blue sea. A little far from the Collioure downtown if you want to walk and difficult to find parking in the city if not. But overall, nice little apartment to explore the region.

La seule chose à souligner c’est qu’on nous avait laissé entendre que nous pourrions prendre un taxi à la gare pour nous amener à l’appartement alors qu’il n’y en avait aucun. Nous avons marché jusqu’à la place du 8 mai et c’est grâce a la gentillesse d’une dame qui conduisait une navette pour vers une résidence de personnes âgées que nous avons pu nous rendre. Belle rencontre cependant.

Meerblick

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Kasten, der im Briefkasten montiert ist, so dass man ohne Zeitdruck anreisen kann. Der Garagenstellplatz ist sehr groß und reicht mühelos für Auto und Fahrräder. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und hat nur morgens Sonne, was im Sommer von Vorteil ist, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Betten sind gut und die Schränke ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist klein, genau wie der Backofen, aber für zwei Personen geht es. Nervig ist, dass diverse Türen immer wieder von selbst aufgehen, weil die Schlösser einfach falsch montiert sind. Da könnte man mit wenig Aufwand viel erreichen. Im Gegenzug schließt eine Tür gar nicht, weil sie komplett verzogen ist. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster, wodurch sich auch der vermutliche Schimmel an der Decke erklären lässt. Die Dusche ist geräumig und funktioniert sehr gut. Das Internet schwankt leider sehr stark in der Bandbreite, was das Streaming etwas unschön macht.Das Gebäude insgesamt könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, die Balkone auf der Vorderseite sind mit Balken abgestützt, vielleicht tut sich ja was....Die Lage ist gut, der Fußweg nach Collioure und Port Vendres ist nicht allzu lang. Der Weg zum gut sortierten Lidl ist nur 300 Meter lang.

Beaux Jours de détente en hiver

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement au bord de la mer. Collioure est magnifique en hiver, même sans tous les points forts touristiques de l'été. Tout était accessible à pied ou en bus, nous n'avions pas besoin de voiture. La communication avec l'hôtesse s'est très bien passée, tout comme celle avec la dame compétente sur place. Tout a été parfaitement organisé. Seul petit bémol, la région portuaire est en cours de rénovation à Port Vendres, mais après il fera sûrement beau à nouveau. Pas de problème.

Tellement bien situé que j'ai pu profiter de la plage et de la mer malgré une forte entorse. Appartement TB équipé, même s'il n'y a pas de climatisation, des ventilateurs sont efficaces. Je recommande.

Une belle localisation face à la mer et son spectacle de lumières et de bateaux …. La baignade est à 20 mètres … pratique pour se rafraîchir … facile de se garer et d’aller faire des courses au Lidl a proximité ou marcher jusqu’à Collioure centre qui est à 20 min
