Super home for our family of 4 with 2 teens and visiting friends. Well located and enjoyed walking to the pool. Home was in very good condition and well stocked with kitchen essentials (not food - like cooking tools).

Truckee Summer Vacation

Beautiful home just a short drive from downtown Truckee. Perfect for 2 families with teenagers and sleeps 10 comfortably. Location was perfect as we spent a few days at Donner Lake and at Lake Tahoe. Golf course was in great shape. Can't wait to stay here in the winter for a snowboard trip to Northstar.

Very clean and great location

We went on a family vacation for the Fourth of July holiday and this home was great! Patio is on the smaller side but other than that the home was immaculate and would definitely recommend!

Great house, management is hard to get ahold of

Amazing house, really slow action from management when we had an issue with the smoke alarms. Given how much we spent in service fees, disappointed with the lack of action from property management. We had a smoke detector have a low battery at 4 am on night, and management was not able to help us resolve the issue until after 3 pm after multiple emails and calls from us. Would have been a quick fix for us but with no ladder we were relying on them. Woke the whole house up, and very frustrating to have to call and email multiple times before receiving a response.

Stunning location!

Great location and the house was impeccable, every detail thought of. The kitchen was fully stocked with new pots, pans and every gadget you could need. The beds and pillows were top quality and provided and excellent nights rest. Every thing in the house was spotless and the management company was very responsive. The best management company I’ve ever worked with. We had an issue with the AC which was fixed within hours. We spent the days hiking and my kids loved coming back to be able to play basketball. The only issue with the house were some of the bathroom doors didn’t have locks but I would highly recommend this home. We will be coming back.

Gorgeous, pristine, brand new house

This is a brand new home, beautifully decorated, the pictures are spot on. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with new pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Beds are all very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk room and their own hang out space. It’s a great location near Truckee- we skied, hiked, and enjoyed Truckee and Lake Tahoe. The pool and golfing wasn’t open yet so we couldn’t enjoy those amenities. We would definitely come back. Only downside is there is construction on 2 houses on the cul de sac so trucks coming and going. The noise was fine inside the house and those houses looks like they’ll done by summertime.
