This 2 bedroom is perfect for the family getaway you have been looking for! Granlibakken offers amenities for all ages and is safe to enjoy. In addition, the condo is just minutes from beautiful Tahoe City and Lake Tahoe. Enjoy a bike ride, or walk to town!

A nice foyer at the entrance allows you to safely secure your skis and bikes for the evening. Step inside to the master suite to the right which includes a large bathroom and modern desk/workstation to easily work from home. The living room, dining, and kitchen is designed to entertain everyone together. Set up a spot for relaxation after a busy day or play games. The condo backs to a beautiful forest setting and it is peaceful and quiet. The second bedroom upstairs offers an additional sleeping space and a second full bathroom.

The newest upgrades include a gas fireplace in the living room, new flooring (upstairs and downstairs); upgraded bathrooms; upgraded kitchen; two "smart" TVs; "work from home" work station/desk; plus recently painted inside and outside. You will not be disappointed in the new features and warm welcome this unit has to offer.

Parking:
Parking is available in front of the unit. Please park tandem and a max of two cars are allowed.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 4 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Skiing in tahoe

Great location for skiing in northern Lake Tahoe. Very comfortable and nicely appointed property. Pool and hottub year round was very nice.

Great Spot!

Beautiful condo at a fantastic location! We loved having the hot tub close by and the walk was shoveled by the time we woke up in the morning after a night of snow. Highly recommend!

Great home base for skiing Palisades Tahoe

This was perfect for me and a friend. We skied Palisades Tahoe and the condo was a great place to stay. The place was clean and included everything we needed. We used the hot tub each evening. It’s a short drive to just about everything in the area.

Fantastic getaway

Loved the location of the property. All new inside. Only downside is that the living area stays dark All day. But if you’re fine with that, it will be a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot to teach kids how to ski

This condo was perfect for our first ski trip with our young kids. Just a minute to walk to the rentals/lift ticket counter, could not have been easier. The condo is basic but had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, would 1000% recommend for anyone looking for the world's most convenient ski trip for brand new skiers. Also location in Tahoe is good, short drive to get groceries/restaurants.

Great location and space

We skied at Palisades all weekend and it was a 15 min drive from both alpine and palisade resorts - super easy. There’s a few places for breakfast and dinner close by which was awesome to have. Space was super, was big enough for 3 adults and was quite quiet which was nice. Didn’t use the amenities but it’s right next to hot tub/sauna/tennis courts etc which was convenient. Responsive property managers and easy check in/out process.

Cozy stay in the snow

I wish the loft had a solid wall so the adults could use the main room after the kids go to bed. Only 100 feet from the bunny hill at Granlibakken!
