Nice little cottage in a good location near the sea

We enjoyed the stay. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house is really tiny, but almost everything you need is there. The pool is great. The worn out pool chairs and cushions were and will be replaced.

Lovely Place to Stay

We were in Vallauris to visit family for 4 days. This was a perfect place for us to stay. The host was wonderful and communicative. Everything was clean and well appointed. The property itself is heaven. In the mornings, I would get up, make coffee and sit outside on the patio reading my book and taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings - paradise. We would stay here again!

A fantastic little house with a stunning view

I highly recommend staying here. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need – a private pool, washing machine, and dishwasher – and it's also very quiet and peaceful.The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the shops and the sea. At the beach, you’ll find several great restaurants and the option to rent a sunbed.We’ve had a truly perfect holiday here – a place we’d love to return to!Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in a very peaceful location with views of the bay. You are about a 15/20 min walk to the main resort and the train station. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highlights were the pool and the air con !!The hosts were very easily contactable, and were very helpful with suggestions regarding the resort. Would definitely stay again :-)

Great stay! Amazing proximity to Golfe-Juan for cafes, restaurants and beaches (10 min walk). Fast trains to Antibes and Cannes (6 mins). Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Fantastic air conditioning to keep us cool at night. Lovely property and large pool. Perfect for what we were after. Would stay again!

Emplacement un peu difficile à trouver mais les photos envoyées par l’hôte nous ont aidé.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sehr modern ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sind auch jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tiny House im großen Garten der Vermieter mit Pool, Meerblick und wenigen Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Das kleine zweietagige Häuschen - wahrscheinlich ein ehemaliger Schuppen - ist modern ausgebaut und hat nahezu alles, was man braucht. Es liegt im Garten und neben dem Haus der sehr gastfreundlichen und zurückhaltenden Vermieterfamilie. Dazu gehört die Mitbenutzung des Gartens und des Pools. Der Blick auf das Meer und den kleinen Küstenort Golfe-Juan ist vor allem bei Sonnenauf- und -Untergang atemberaubend schön. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge rund um die Côte d‘Azur, der Strand am Ort (ca. 1 km entfernt) sehr schön. Wir haben dort zu zweit 2 Wochen verbracht. Für 3 Personen wäre uns das Häuschen zu klein. Zwei Punkte halten wir für verbesserungsbedürftig: Auf der Terrasse fehlt eine Beleuchtung/Lampe - bei Kerzenschein kann man im Dunkeln leider nicht lesen. Und im Haus fehlen kleine Lämpchen, vor allem im Schlafzimmer (Stichwort Nachttischlämpchen), aber auch im unteren Wohnraum. Da ist es gleißend hell. Wichtig ist uns der Hinweis: Für ältere und insbesondere für Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten ist die Location nicht geeignet. Die Wege zum Häuschen und zum Pool sind nicht gemacht, und im Haus und zur Terrasse sind einige Stufen zu überwinden. Fazit: Empfehlenswert für nicht Fußlahme! 😜

Gerne mal wieder!

Zugang ist noch provisorisch. Das Haus ist Top, Einrichtung und Ausstattung sehr gut. Weg zum Pool verbesserungswürdig. Liegen und Auflagen am Pool verschlissen. Poolzeiten eingeschränkt. Ein Grill wäre wünschenswert.
