Lovely property, just what we needed for our family of 5. Lovely sized garden for the children to enjoy and all the amenities you would expect to find. Hosts were lovely and friendly, popping round to solve an issue (our fault) within minutes. Would definitely recommend this property!

Third time we’ve stayed here and it didn’t disappoint again. It is a lovely property with everything we need and a secure garden surrounding it for our dog to play in. Great location with myriad walks in all directions of varying lengths as well as a large supermarket and lots of local shops within fifteen minutes walk. We don’t normally return again and again to a property but we have already booked it for next year - that should tell you all you need to know! A great escape in a great location in the always fabulous France. And the hosts couldn’t be better - very, very nice people who always pop round once to say hello and check everything is ok. Tout était parfait comme d’habitude!

Second visit and we’ve booked a third!

We very rarely go back to the same place once, let alone twice.. Three times - never! Until now!! We’ve just got back from our second stay here and have booked again for next year. Arriving there last week felt like coming home and it was as clean and well presented as ever. The location is perfect for us and the dog with the large fully enclosed garden surrounding the property. The hosts are lovely and it was great to see them again. We cannot rate this place highly enough. Close to the beaches, the harbour, the town (highly recommend Pense au Pain for all your breads and patisserie needs!!) and a large supermarket close by (we walked it in just a few minutes). Peace and quiet with everything you need within walking distance. The perfect retreat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts, we can’t wait to get back!

Completely perfect

We booked it for next year the day we got home! That should tell you a lot about how good it was - we loved it. Clean, comfortable, spacious inside and out, all amenities you could need, comfy beds and lovely hosts. We were left alone to enjoy the house with just one quick visit from the owners to check on our stay. We had a fabulous time and our dog loved it too! There is a large garden wrapping around the property which is fully enclosed and safe for the pup! With loads of walks (many of which take you to a beach!) and the main town ten minutes walk away, the location was perfect and easy to find! For someone on here to have marked this property down because of their internet experience is, frankly, ludicrous. It worked fine and it really shouldn’t be that big a deal anyway! Everyone else has given it 5 stars and rightly so. We have stayed in gîtes, cottages and hotels all around the world and this is right up there with the best of them..

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu séjourner chez Philippe et Sylvie dans cette petite maison cosy, en profitant du poêle à bois pour se réchauffer en fin de journée après de bonnes balades en bord de mer.Le bois à proximité nous a permis de faire de belles promenades avec notre chien ou même en profitant du parcours sportif qui y est installé.

Maison très agréable avec son jardin. Très bien équipéée, tien ne manque. Sur place, ballades forestière, plage et un ravissant petit. A proximité immédiate Talmont Saint-Hilaire et son chateau ainsi qu'un ravissant plan d'eau dont on fait le tour en 30 minutes. Et si l'on veut rayonner, on a dans un rayon de 25 minutes La Tranche, Les Sables et la Roche sur Yon (les automates de la place sont à voir)

Lieu bien cloturé bien que mon beagle ait reussi à trouver une faille 😁 donnant chez le voisin. Maison tres propre et confortable. Le lieu est bien situé pour de belles promenades en forêt (à 10 minutes à pied). Un repas au restaurant La Terrasse Gourmande que je recommande (attention au budget le week end et jours fériés.

Rien à redire , logement conforme , propre , décoration moderne , bonne literie, etc... Propriétaire très sympathique , disponible et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Procédures d'arrivées et de départ très claires, laissent de l autonomie aux locataires et aux propriétaires.
