In Argelès between the sea and the mountains, come and discover our beautiful region
In a closed and quiet residence, for rent on the ground floor of a villa a beautiful independent apartment of 70 m2 with a large terrace of 13m5, a garden of about 350m², 2 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, an outdoor shower, comfortable accommodation: kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in each room, Wifi, barbecue.
At your disposal: Ping-pong table, petanque court and private swimming pool offered free of charge by the owners open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Ideally located near a shopping centre 800 metres, 200 metres from a grocery store-bakery and 2.5 km from the beaches accessible by cycle paths and little train.

Le logement est bien équipé, fonctionnel et confortable avec sa terrasse et sa douche extérieure que nous avons appréciées. C'est très bien de pouvoir disposer d'une place de parking privée. Nous avons bien profité de la région, des villages de montagne et leurs châteaux, ainsi que des différentes plages d'Argelès. L’Espagne n'est pas loin. C'est idéal pour découvrir par exemple le village de Cadaqués et la maison/musée de Dali (à réserver d'avance).Nous avons apprécié aussi d'avoir accès à la piscine calme et ombragée qui est un vrai plus pour se reposer entre deux ballades ...

Vacances zéro tracas

Havre de paix, à l'écart de l'agitation, mais proche de toutes les commodités. Le petit train d'Argelès, entre autres, s'arrête à quelques pas de la résidence. Appartement très calme, spacieux et décoré avec goût, ouvrant sur un vaste jardin. Cuisine fonctionnelle, chambre principale avec de nombreux rangements et excellente literie. La seconde chambre étant à l'autre extrémité du logement, la tranquillité est garantie pour tous si vous venez avec des enfants ou des amis. Elle donne sur une douche extérieure, très pratique au retour de la plage. Enfin, la végétation autour de la piscine est un régal pour les yeux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location en tous points conforme au descriptif. Merci à Claire et Alexander, nos hôtes, pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Prachtig ruim appartement op een rustige locatie

Zeer ruim appartement voorzien van alle gemakken op een rustige locatie aan de rand van Argelès-sur-Mer. Binnen enkele minuten op de doorgaande weg waardoor je binnen 10 minuten bij de meeste stranden in de buurt bent.

Agréable

Logement spacieux avec espace jardin agréable. Proche de toutes les commodités, situé à 10 min de la mer. Intermarché à 5 min. Climatisation très appréciable lors de forte chaleur. Résidence familiale au calme avec piscine et magnifique cadre. Les hôtes ont été très conviviaux, à l'écoute et réactifs lors de nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir.
