About this property

A Gem located in the heart of Scottsdale by Venues, Shopping,

Our Home away from home! This roomy 1437 sq ft Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a large balcony and view of one of the pools. We are located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the large Primary bedroom and En suite is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms and additional bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" Smart TV in the Primary bedroom and 50" TV's in the other 2 Bedrooms. There is High Speed Internet throughout the house and cable TV in the Living Room. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus free onsite parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! Other golfing is everywhere. Camel Back Mountain for hiking, zoo, aquarium, fun for everyone!

The unit was a perfect location for our 4 day stay. It was centrally located within the greater Phoenix metro area, and very close to Old Town Scottsdale, and to the Desert Botanical Garden. The condo was clean, quiet, and equipped with all of the basic necessities. The check-in and check-out information with the owner was also very good. The outdoor porch was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Highly Recommended.
