Aufenthalt in Le Tréport

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein zentrumsnahes, gut gelegenes Stadthaus. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe waren wie vom Vermieter beschrieben problemlos zu finden (außerhalb der Saison). Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um einen älteren Bau in sehr einfacher Bauweise. Alle erforderlichen Haushaltsgeräte inklusive Gebrauchsanweisung sind vorhanden. Sehr hilfreich sind die präzisen Ortsbeschreibungen (z. B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten), die die Vermieter angefertigt haben. Als sehr nachteilig haben wir die Heizungsanlage empfunden. Diese wird von den - in unserem Fall - abwesenden Vermietern ferngesteuert. Bedeutet: Als Mieter hat man nicht die Möglichkeit, die Temperatur der Heizkörper selbstständig zu regulieren. Stattdessen sind schriftliche Abstimmungen erforderlich.

Merci pour votre retour mais nous sommes très surpris de votre commentaire au sujet du chauffage. Nous indiquons clairement que celui-ci est réglé à distance (pour des raisons économiques et écologiques). La température était réglée sur 20° (soit 1° de plus que la préconisation gouvernementale pour lutter contre le réchauffement climatique). A votre demande, nous avons augmenté la température de 2°. Vous ne nous avez pas fait de demande supplémentaire et nous ne vous avons pas compté un supplément de chauffage. Nous trouvons donc votre commentaire très déplacé et nous ne vous relouerons pas la maison. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, aber wir sind sehr überrascht über Ihren Kommentar bezüglich der Heizung. Wir geben klar an, dass diese per Fernbedienung geregelt wird (aus wirtschaftlichen und ökologischen Gründen). Die Temperatur war auf 20° eingestellt (1° höher als von der Regierung empfohlen, um gegen die globale Erwärmung zu kämpfen). Auf Ihren Wunsch hin haben wir die Temperatur um 2° erhöht. Sie haben keinen zusätzlichen Wunsch an uns herangetragen und wir haben Ihnen auch keine zusätzlichen Heizkosten berechnet. Wir finden Ihren Kommentar daher sehr unangemessen und werden das Haus nicht an Sie weitervermieten.

Tolles Ferienhaus im Zentrum von Le Tréport

Das Ferienhaus ist super - es hat alles was man benötigt und ist super gemütlich. Wir haben unsere Woche hier sehr genossen. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 min am Strand und bei Restaurants. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt - die Küche hat alles was man braucht und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in charmantem Ferienhaus

Sehr schön renoviertes altes Backsteinhaus in perfekt ruhiger aber dennoch ganz zentraler Ortslage mit kleinem Hinterhof und wunderbarem Blick in Richtung Meer. Die Eigentümer Geraldine und Christian sind gut ereichbar per email und reagieren immer direkt. Das Haus ist sehr schmal und verteilt sich über Erdgeschoß und 2 weitere Etagen. Die Toilette ist in der 1. Etage, daher eher nicht geeignet für Menschen die nicht leicht eine schmale steile Treppe steigen können. Die Gegen und das Meer sind wunderbar. Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Emplacement bien et calme. Petit sejour au rez de chaussee. Chauffage un peu juste pour une maison ancienne en hiver. A ete réglé a distance par proprietaire apres quelque temps. Jolie vue des chambres. Pas de toilettes au rez de chausee.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche... Die Lage des Hauses, das Haus selber und auch der Ort sind einfach wunderschön. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich umgehend um kleinere Probleme und der Bäcker für das tägliche Baguette ist direkt um die Ecke, was will man mehr.. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très jolie maison

Maison très bien située proche du port du Tréport tout en étant dans une rue très calme (rue réservée aux riverains). La maison contient tous les équipements qu'on peut attendre pour passer un séjour confortable et nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour en famille. Seul petit bémol sur la literie du grand lit au 1er qui est impérativement à revoir. Communication très fluide avec Géraldine.
