La situation géographique de cette élégante maison de ville au charme suranné est idéale. À deux pas du funiculaire pour une balade panoramique, à 5 mn de la plage pour farnienter ou explorer, en un instant près des commerces et restaurants. La rue pourtant est très calme. Aucune nuisance, on entend le chant des oiseaux... La maison est bien décorée, et très soignée.

Typisches Haus. Wegen der vielen Treppenstufen vielleicht nicht für jede/n geeignet. Wir fanden es toll. Ruhig, man ist morgens schnell in der Boulangerie und zu jeder Zeit in ei paar Minuten am Meer. Was will man mehr.
