Renovated ski-in/out condo located between SnowPine (day) & Sunrise (day & night) @ Holiday Valley.

1 private & 1 loft bedroom. Kitchen has new stainless appliances & is well appointed. Living room has 55” Roku TV, gas fireplace & sliding door to covered patio.

Easy keyless entry. Parking (2 cars during winter weekends/holidays), WiFi, A/C, cable TV & in-unit laundry included.

Conveniently located minutes from town. Beautiful views overlooking the ski hill & golf course.

The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley. This lift is a day lift and can be weather dependent. Its normal hours of operation are from the opening of the resort (8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays) to about 4pm during the ski season. If you are looking for some night skiing you can easily get to the Sunrise lift which is a day and night lift by walking to the end of the development and walking about 30 yards past the outdoor pull up bars about 30 yards to the tree line. You should be able to see blue lift through the trees. It's no more than 1 minute to SnowPine and a 5 minute walk to Sunrise. To get back to the condo you can take the Last Chance or Catwalk trails which are lit at night. It's recommended you look at a map of the resort to get familiar with these lifts and trails before you arrive.

Property is super clean and host is super responsive. It was well stocked with essentials and super easy short one turn drive into town. Smart TV’s were easy to use and the outdoor grill was great for family BBQ dinner. Spiral staircase to the upper bedroom was very fun!

Relaxing getaway

Rooms were clean and when we had a problem in the first room they switched us to a new room fast. Great customer service. Town was nice and had great places for eating. Close enough to Buffalo and Niagra Falls, we took a short drive and enjoyed a day there. Allegany State Park was amazing with lots of trails and lake to make a good day.

A perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches and stocked so well! We were happy to use the ski in ski out. It’s only about a 5 minute drive into town with lots of fun things to do and shops to explore. Amazing dining too!

Perfect rental

We were looking for a place close to Holiday Valley ski resort. We were able to walk outside and get on the ski trail in less than a minute. The property owners were amazing! They have great communication, and they stayed in touch with us to make sure we taken care of. The property was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely book this property again in the future!

Small but Mighty

Booked this for a weekend away with my husband and 2 kids (5 and almost 2). The property was was very cozy and welcoming, the decorating was super cute! My kids loved the bunk bed loft area, the beds were very comfy. They also really liked the tv and bean bag set up, very cozy! I liked the master bedroom had enough room for the travel crib to go in and black out shades. The apartment had a great variety of pots and pans to use for cooking. We really appreciated the kids plates too! There was oil, spices and coffee to use as well. The grill worked nicely and the porch was very nice. The whole apartment was clean and very welcoming. There was lots of parking. Easy drive into town! The communication with the host was easy and I really appreciated that they checked in on us to make sure everything was okay.

Short and Sweet

We stayed two nights. If you don't want a HUGE home that you get lost in, this is the place. Quiet, well situated, easy in and out. Clean and updated, linens included! It was a good stay.

Great location for ski in/out. Condo is small & the stairs are tight as stated in other reviews, but we had a family of three & the space was not an issue. The place was clean & well kept & communication with the owner was great. No complaints. Would recommend & would stay here agin.

Fall Getaway at the Hillside Retreat

Very nice condo perfectly situated to view the emerging fall colors. The condo was comfortable and clean. Nice patio balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. Communication with the host was excellent.

This was a fantastic residence stay! We would definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoy ourselves! We did snowboarding, tubing and the Mountain Ski Coaster! The Holiday winter facility is great, there are so many different things to do. Joe, the property manager was always helpful with information whenever we contacted him!

We really enjoyed our stay. Booking and check in were easy, all via the vrbo app. The place was as advertised, clean, and comfy. The WiFi wasn’t working, but a quick message to the owner and we figured out the power strip for the router and modem had come loose, probably during cleaning. Once plugged in everything worked great! The one downside was no snow for skiing, so we went to Niagara Falls. Would book again!

Would Go Again in a Heartbeat

My daughter, daughter-in -law, and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. My daughter-in-law lives in Ohio and we are from Northern NY. They both attended SBU, and we wanted to visit the campus. What a great time we had. We lived sitting on the deck. The place was awesome. We really needed nothing, but ourselves. It was only 5 minutes into EVL. Speaking of Ellicottville, it was so fun. We had dinner at The Gin Mill and Ellicottville Brewery. We enjoyed both. The brewery is an experience all on its own. Josh, the host, answered any question we had.
