The fully equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your meals, with a two-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tabletop fridge, and dishwasher. The bedroom, with its 140 cm bed, invites relaxation after a day spent on the warm sand of Chay Beach, just a two-minute walk away. The bathroom with WC completes this charming little nest.
For your convenience, a private parking space is available within the residence, letting you enjoy every moment without a worry.
With its garden, sea view, and immediate proximity to the beach, this apartment is the perfect setting for a serene and romantic summer holiday!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
