The toilet is separate. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast while taking in the view of the castle. The living room is open to the kitchen. On the property, you’ll enjoy a garden with a private pool (3x4m, depth 1.50m) and a dining area with a barbecue.<br>There is private parking on the property. The property is enclosed. If you have bicycles, you can store them safely here. The living area features reversible air conditioning.<br>The cottage is in the centre of the village—no need to take the car to pick up croissants in the morning.<br>The village is ideally located; you can visit many sites, including the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, Narbonne and the Musée de la Romanité, Carcassonne and the Cité are a 45-minute drive away, and of course the castles of the Cathar region, the first of which are about 30 minutes away. The fine-sand beaches of the Mediterranean are 30 minutes away.<br>
