Pleasant cottage completely renovated, close to the beach and Chocolatines :). all shops are nearby: baker, caterer, pizza, restaurants, fishmonger, supermarket ...
Ideally located with all amenities. chalet of angle without opposite. From the large terrace overlooking the sea, pond and Mount Clape.
The cottage is very well arranged with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a large living room very bright with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, a large terrace, a flat screen TV connected to the internet, dvd player. Another small room on the ground floor can be used as a bedroom too. it is equipped with a sofa bed.
The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, induction, oven, fridge ...
New and modern furniture. beautifully decorated with travel souvenirs.
beach in front of 100M; outdoor shower for beach return. 2 hammocks for lazing around; possibility of loans of bikes (according to availability).
you put your car for the week and there is more to enjoy a beautiful holiday in this unusual place that are the cottages ...

the cottages are located in a protected area where you can walk the km of beaches, ponds, swamps and salt flats and admire the wildlife and flora. this corner will not leave you indifferent. go for a walk to discover nearby the canal du midi (unesco), the Cathar castles (being classified), the city of Carcassonne (unesco), and Collioure or Cadaques in Spain (1 hour drive). We put at your disposal in the chalet a book with lots of good ideas for your stay and remain at your disposal for any information.

Everything about Nathalie's chalet was perfect for us as a couple...the chalet itself, all the equipment and the location. Restaurants and shops are all within a very short walk. The beach is close by. As a host, Nathalie was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved every minute of our stay - thank you so much.

Fantastic Chalet

It was a great stay in this beautiful chalet. Everything you need was there and the rooms are very lovingly and stylishly furnished. It is only 5 minutes to the beach and shops, fresh fish and restaurants are very close by. Contact with Natalie was very friendly and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much! Es war ein insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.ChaletDie untere Etage überwiegend zum Schlafen und Duschen benutzt.In der oberen Etage hat es uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht.StrandDer große Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Er war nicht zu überfülltund es gab immer genug Platz. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, Einstieg verläuft sanft und der Abschnitt wurde von Seerettern überwacht.Einkaufen / RestaurantsSehr angenehm war die Nähe zum lokalen Spar und Bäckerei in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. So mussten wir nur selten zu großen Einkäufen in die Stadt fahren.Es gib mehrere Lokale in der Nähe für jeden Geschmack.Kurzum das Chalet liegt ideal sowohl zum Strand als auch zu den lokalen Geschäften.Danke und schönen Gruß an die Gastgeberin Nathalie!

Chalet conforme à l'annonce en termes d'emplacement et de rénovation. Attention toutefois à ne pas tout miser sur la proximité de la plage et des commerces.A 160 la nuitée, hors saison, on s'attend à ce que tout soit parfait, principalement à une literie confortable et malheureusement là ce n'est pas du tout le cas.D'autre part, il manque des stores aux porte/fenêtre, impossible de s'isoler complètement des regards extérieurs.Pour finir, en terme de vaisselle pour faire à manger, c'est un peu light.

Bonjour Le store a été cassé par les locataires précédents et nous n’avons pas eu le temps de le remplacer entre 10h et 15h c’est trop juste. Concernant la literie le matelas est très récent et confortable, habitant à une demi heure du chalet nous y dormons souvent, concernant la vaisselle il y en a pour 6 personnes or nous louons pour 4 maximum donc je pense que cela est largement suffisant. Pour votre information le mois de septembre est très prisé.

Sehr schönes Chalet in toller Lage

Das Chalet von Nathalie Gourdou liegt Hervorragend Zentral, Nahe am Strand, zum Einkaufen und den Restaurants ist es auch super gelegen. Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen auch Dank der Klimaanlage, Abends auf der Terasse sitzen und einfach nur genießen, das war Wunderbar. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit mal wieder nach Gruissan.

Magnifique plage des chalets

La plage des chalets est un endroit magnifique, hors du commun. Le chalet est proche des commerces, de la plage et du "centre" mais l'endroit est très calme. Le chalet est en revanche pas adapté avec des enfants en bas age (6 et 9 ans). La chambre du bas est uniquement accessible en sortant du chalet et en descendant du balcon. Certainement idéal pour des ados ou adultes, mais pas des enfants. Très bon sejour tout de même.

Bonjour, vous aviez réservé pour 2 personnes, il est mentionné que la chambre du bas est accessible par l'extérieur (comme de nombreux chalets), si vous m'aviez posé la question ou si vous aviez mentionné vos enfants en bas âge, je vous l'aurai indiqué sans problème.

Merveilleux moment au printemps

Fin mars et début avril sont des périodes merveilleuses à Gruissan : la plage est encore vide, les maisons calmes, mais le vent est frais et épicé, le boulanger a déjà de la baguette à l'Ancienne le matin. La maison est très charmante et très bien située. Un vrai bon plan !

Vacance gruissan en chalet

Nous avons connu gruissan l'année dernière en famille dans un grand chalet et cette année nous avons decider dit retourner pour 10 jours que tout les deux donc un chalet plus petit et on a encore passer d'excellentes vacances .... chalet impeccable.. très bien situé à 2min à pied du centre .... et 5min de la plage et des restaurants ...
