This is a beautiful, first tier spacious 3 BR/3 bath gulf-view home with a private pool.

The second floor offers a kitchen area; family area, gulf side dining area; full bath with laundry and king bedroom which provides access to a large, beach front porch with an incredible view. A screened porch off the family area offers a porch swing and table with seating for six to enjoy views of the white powder sands the Gulf of Mexico is famous for.
The third floor offers two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed, private gulf view screened porch and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and bunk bed with third bathroom in the hallway.
The private pool is new in 2022 and set upon a sand dune for views of the gulf.
The pool can be heated November through March for $400.00 per week and April, May and October for $250.00 per week plus tax. Please call the office for pool heat.

Nature has blessed this area and it is home to many birds, dolphins, fish and other animals that appreciate this part of old Florida. This quiet neighborhood offers complete relaxation with easy access to the shared boardwalk. Our beaches on the south end of the cape are wide and popular with the fishermen and beach lovers

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

Good spring break stay

Very pleasant location. Enjoyed pool and lanai. Easy walk to beach. Beach is not crowded at all but has enough to feel beachy. About 15 mins to town but places to get basics 7 mins away. Recommend

Great house!

Very comfortable, clean home. The pool area is beautiful and private. This is a great vacation home. The rental agency was fantastic. The upstairs A/C wasn’t cooling and I called the after hours agency number. I left a message and received a return call in less than 5 minutes at 8:59 PM. The unit was repaired by 9:30 PM. In 31 minutes it was fixed and I received two calls from the rental agency. Fantastic customer service.

We had an awesome time. Love the house. The views are better than expected, pictures do not do them justice. The area is very quiet and uncrowded. Not sure I want to promote it as I prefer it staying uncrowded. Did get a workout climbing the stairs as we live in a ranch house. We will be back...

Cool Change

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and clean. Great access to the beach which was also beautiful. It was well stocked with cooking things that allowed us to cook most of our meals there. We especially loved having the ice maker! It is just far enough away from town to feel somewhat secluded, but one enough that it isn't a big deal to run and get stuff. We will definitely be back!!

Great location & Great House

Property was just as described. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach. My entire family loved it. We will probably rent this house again.
