*Beach Side Property (not bayside) This Place Is less than 200 steps to our direct beach access
Jacuzzi motherboard has malfunction the jacuzzi is under repair. The jacuzzi is under warranty and is less than 1 year old but the motherboard failed. It's been ordered and will be repaired asap. Will update here once it's been replaced
Remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + 6 inch tri-fold memory foam queen mattress (so much more comfortable than an air mattress) also 2 sofas you can sleep 2 more adults for 8 person sleeping accommodations. This place is amazing for anyone looking for a real beach house . Remodeled June 2020.

Hello we live in Buffalo New York and we have owned this property for 10 years. We always love coming down to this beach house and about 8 months ago we decided to start allowing others to also enjoy this property. We are have been using another site to list this property with great success and achieved "SuperHost" status. Since it went so well we decided we wanted to also start using this place to list our beach house. We come down about 6 times a year and block out the dates when we come and always make improvements on the property.
Why they chose this property
I can share with you why we chose to buy this property and maybe you will agree :')
The main thing I love about this property is the fact that it is just 200 steps to the beach, it is also exactly mid island so you don't get the loud noise of times square but times square is just a 10 min bike ride or about 2 miles away ( we also provide bikes) . Also we are less than a 2 min walk to the Publix Supermarket this is also a huge benefit as while on vacation it is convenient to walk just 2 mins and get anything you need to cook out or to relax on the beach. Oh we also have 2 BBQ's and a really nice seating area with pavers and a true island feel in the backyard. The JACUZZI is a great way to end a day at the beach or relax after cooking a feast of a bbq. Also we supply beach chairs with cases so you can jump on the bikes and ride up and down the island and check out different parts of the islands beaches ( I personally think ours is the best and right across the street) I love our beach the best because there is no public parking around so it makes it seem really private and not many people around. I also love being 30 mins from the airport which makes it a convenient beach getaway. I also love that the units are spacious and I can bring my extended family as well and sleep 8 comfortably between the 2 units.
