If I could give this host and property 10 stars I would. First of all the house itself is outstanding. So many perfect details. It was very clean and completely remodeled. Lots of great amenities. The beach is very close. Backyard has lots of games to play and a brand new grill. Secondly the host and her property manager were very helpful and were readily available the entire stay. I would definitely stay here again. Publix grocery store is right around the corner so it made cooking easy. The kitchen is very well stocked. I loved this sweet little place. Thank you!!

This beach rental exceeded our expectations in every way. We found the house to be very clean and to look just like the pictures! The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances, dishes, cookware and all that you need to cook at home. Large capacity washer and dryer. The host supplied a lot of essentials to start your vacation. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and listening to the birds. The back yard is filled with yard games, hammock, ping pong table. Also beach towels, chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Pack a few clothes and settle in to a fantastic beach getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! This newly listed property surpassed our expectations. It was so charming and pleasant. Check-in was super easy. The house was completely remodeled, spotless, well stocked with what you need to get started and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the sand, with the wagon and chairs provided. The home is located in a quiet street which was very relaxing. Having a supermarket next door made it easy to grill some burgers in the afternoon and enjoy them on the deck. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with great attention to details. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee pods available so we didn’t have to rush to the store. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting FMB.

What a great little beach house!! Everything was perfect! It was super clean, super cute, and had everything you needed to cook and have meals at the house. Our teenagers especially loved the backyard/patio area with all of the games provided. Cornhole, badminton, soccer, volleyball, plus boardgames and cards inside. It is super family friendly. We were able to relax and spread out at the end of the day and an easy walk down to the beach! Highly recommend! Our host was very communicative and accommodating! 10 out of 10. Thank you for a great week!!

Beautiful house that is fully equipped! Easy walk to the beach and super easy to shower the sand off outside before coming in. Perfect house for little kids so they can play outside between time at the beach and going downtown.
