Large villa just a stone's throw from Beaumer beach, in a highly sought-after neighborhood of Carnac, in a quiet area, 2.2km from the Yacht Club and 2.5km from the Thalassotherapy center.

- Large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, heated parasol, outdoor shower.



On the upper floor:

Room 3: 1 bed 180cm, bedside tables, storage, desk, chair. Bathroom in the room with bathtub, double sink and toilet. Beautiful sea view. No blackout closure.

- Room 4: 2 beds 80cm separated or brought together to form a 160cm bed, bedside tables, storage.

- Room 5: 2 single 90cm beds that can be separated or joined to form a 180cm bed, bedside tables, storage spaces.

- Bathroom: shower, sink with one basin, storage, towel rack. Separate toilet.

Une maison à deux visages

Le mobilier de jardin était super. La situation de la maison est merveilleuse. Les chambres au R.d.C. sont minables. Surtout la petite ne devrait pas compter pour une chambre double. Toutes les chambres ne disposent pas d'armoires ou possibilités de rangement de ses affaires. Il y a trop d'objets superflus partout dans la maison. La vaisselle n'est pas très jolie.
