Horrible vacance gâchée

Merci abritel vacance gâchée Après avoir fait 300 km une fois arriver à la location on nous as annulé la location par texto !!! Le choc pour mes enfants !!! Et nous ont dit qu’ils avaient fait une erreur de double location… C’est inadmissible nous avons 2 enfants en bas âges et leur avons promis un super séjour avec des journées plage Du coup obliger de faire demi tour Je suis à deux doits de porter plainte Et d’entamer une procédure devant les tribunaux . Nous avons eu une journée d’hébergement dans une mini chambre d’hôtel ou nous avons été dévorés par les insectes… le lendemain abritel devait prendre contact avec nous pour une solution d’hébergement pour la deuxième nuit mais rien du tout… Nous sommes rentré triste et désemparé les enfants pleuraient. Merci abritel.
