In the heart of the city center of Houlgate, facing the beach and the sea and located in one of the oldest buildings of the city (which is classed historic monument), you will be ideally situated to enjoy a nice stay on the Côte Fleurie (Flowery Coast).

This beautiful 28sq. m flat is located on the ground floor and includes :
- a nice living-room with a sofa bed for two persons,
- a mezzanine night corner with a queen size bed (160cm),
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates),

Houlgate Studio

Ingesamt war mein Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Appartement war ausreichend ausgerüstet, und wirklich 1 Gehminute vom Meer entfernt. Manko: es verläuft ein Lüftungsrohr einer anderen Wohnung durch das Appartement, es war ein Dauergeräusch zu hören. Zudem gab es unangenehme Gerüche aus den Badabschlüffen.

Warning! Read this before booking this apartment!

It's a container-like appartment, small, dusty and smelly. It is situated 2m from a very busy road, with trafficlights in front of your door. The only way to get some air into the apartment is through opening this door, and then there is zero privacy. This got worse as the only curtains came down when we tried to close them. The washing machine was broken, etc. We couldn't stay here, and unfortunately the renter Welkeys would not (even partially) reimburse the money we paid. Very difficult to communicate with them. Even more sadly: vrbo couldn't and wouldn't help us either. Never again vrbo or Welkeys.
