Detailed Layout:

The house has 4 levels:

1. Ground Level: This floor features two bedrooms— bedroom #7 with a king bed and bedroom #5 with a queen bed. You'll also find a game room with a pool table, a full bathroom, a convenient kitchenette, and a laundry room. This level provides access to both the backyard and the street, making it a versatile and accessible space.

2. Parlor Level: The heart of the home, this floor includes the main living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and guest bedroom #9. It also offers access to the back porch and front porch with an ocean view, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.

3. Second Floor: There are three bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom (bedroom #1) has a king bed and its own private full bathroom. Two additional queen bedrooms are also on this floor - #2 and #8. Bedroom #2 includes a full-size crib for little ones. A shared full bathroom is available for the other two rooms.

4. Third Floor: This top level has three more bedrooms — # 3 with a king bed and a full over full bunk bed, #6 with a king bed and #4 with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom serves this floor.

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 8 guys. House was clean, slept all of us comfortably, had plenty of amenities, and was so close to the beach! Had an amazing time and would recommend the house.

Great space!

The house was perfect! It had so much space, was in great condition and had a great location. The host was super responsive and his neighbor was also wonderful!! Having the two kitchen spaces was also great with our bigger group!

Excellent beach house for large groups!

The house is clean, in a great location and steps from the beach. It housed our group of approx 8 adults with plenty of room. Would definitely rent again also with families or only adults.

Everything about this place was amazing! Everyone in our group was so comfortable with sleeping and bathroom arrangements, and the open layout of the main floor made for an amazing space for us to all hang out. The different outdoor spaces were so appreciated with all of the games we had going on during our weekend, and we would absolutely be thrilled to visit this house again. The location was so convenient to the beach and to many stores and the rest of the strip. The neighbors are so friendly and truly want you to have a good time. There are rules such as not being outdoors after a certain time, but I truly believe the mutual respect created with the neighbors due to this allows for an amazing environment. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

….location and space for our annual family gathering. Parking can be a challenge but the property owner and neighbor make a significant effort to accommodate renters’ needs. The property owner responds quickly from the time of booking through the rental period. Pluses: proximity to the beach, bed linens, bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, for the kids, and a large grill are all available at the house. The kitchen lacked a few things for a large group, but we figured it out and made many family memories. The neighbor, Mark, was a great asset to get acclimated to the area and respond to any needs/questions.

Amazing house next to the beach

The house was clean and looked just like the pictures shown. We had a great time Mikhail definitely outdid himself. The house is right by the boardwalk and a fairly short walk to the casino. Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your home.

Christmas 2023 at the Beach House

We had a great time at the beach house this Christmas everything was great, for our large family vacation. Spacious, clean and welcoming. Mark the neighbor was very helpful and Mikhail was very responsive. Definitely would recommend.

Great property with amazing host, would recommend!

This property is perfect for a family getaway winter or summer. The place was very clean and all the supplies that were needed were provided. We also got complimentary early checkin and checkout which was perfect. Great covered hot tub and basement for the kids. Host was very attentive and easily reachable. Also almost 6 bedrooms provide for ample sleeping space. I would recommend this property.

Great beach vacation in AC

Mikhail and his neighbor Mark were great. Property was as described in the pictures. Clean. Great location to nice beach and nice 10-15 walk along boardwalk to get to action area of Atlantic City while being far enough away from craziness. Wonderful, clean home for a hockey weekend!

Stayed with 16 friends playing in a hockey tournament in AC. Home was very clean, with all necessary items to make it s very successful weekend, Check in was extremely easy along with check out. Mikhail was very easy to contact and worked with me on a few accommodations. Next door neighbor was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home for your next trip to AC!

Good Multi-family House Near Beach

We celebrated my wife’s birthday with 4 other families. The house was just as it was listed. The rooms were of pretty good size. It is on the beach block in a quiet area of AC, almost in Ventnor. Kitchen was updated and we had plenty of space. The hot tub was a big selling point, especially since we were there in colder months. Another plus was that the sound in the house did not travel loudly, which was nice, considering we had 7 young kids with us. The owner and the neighbor were helpful and the communication was good.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at this beach house. 10 adults and 9 kids 5 and under with plenty of space for everyone. The lego tables were great along with other toys left over in the garage and the swing set in the back yard kept kids entertained. The hot tub was very clean and in great condition. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. The beach itself has a lifeguard and has a very gradual slope so that it's easy to walk into the water. Far enough away from the craziness of the boardwalk pier and yet in walking distance to get there if wanted to. Grocery store close by. Ice cream shop in walking distance at the Island Creamery. Loved breakfast outside at the Queen Bean Bistro. Had 5 cars, squeezed one inside the very small garage then got 4 passes to park on the street. Juggled spots at first but not to bad. Mikhail was very easy to get in touch with when needed. And Mark was super kind and very helpful also. Great place to stay!

Great property! Neighbors very sensitive to noise..

Great property, house was fantastic, the location in proximity to the beach and downtown is amazing. Only thing to be aware of is there are a lot of older residents around the street, and they are very sensitive to noise. My group is a loud bunch, so I understood a lot of the complaints, but some were a little out of the ordinary. Example: watching soccer at 4pm on a Friday and the cheers of a goal triggered a complaint OR standing outside at 12:30pm on a Sunday (July 4th) waiting for ubers and the talking and laughing triggered a complaint. Again, the property is fantastic and I would highly recommend it, just be cognizant of the noise and if your group is a loud bunch like mine this property may not be for you.

Mikhail is wonderful and the property is marvelous!!

Great location and house

We gifted our daughter with a stay at this house as her graduation present. Her and her closest friends had a great time at this house. Steps away from the beach with all the amenities and then some. They had a pool table, fooz ball and so many other activities to keep them busy. All the rooms were clean and the house was in great condition. Parking is a bit of a pain but certainly manageable. Neighbors were very friendly too.
