Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this sixth floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo! A convenient one-level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, full hallway bath and bedroom (with its own private half bath). Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium has a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs (1 flat-screen TV), DVD, Blu-ray, Keurig, Wifi. Note: There is no washer or dryer in the condo.

Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There will be nearby construction through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Sprucing up

Needs some sprucing up. We stayed in same condo last year and issues last year have not been fixed. Lamp and clock in LR don't work. Wall in Bath needs to be repaired and woodwork touched up. Stained tiles in bath could also be replaced. Picture in Kit covering electric box needs to be figured out. It's annoying as it comes away from the wall on hinge. Bath sink drains real slow. King bed is getting a bit droopy. Cleaning was not great. Drawer with clothes from previous tenant not checked. Dirty under bed stands - wrappers and lots of dust. We like this place - why we came back to same place! But it is obvious the owner doesn't use it (nothing in kit but dishes and salt and pepper), and therefore isn't as aware of the issues as if they were using it.

Oceanfront views

It was the location that brought us to Sea Colony for a needed trip to Bethany Beach, but the rental unit was dirty and not well stocked. Recent renovations were nice, the views exceptional but we were disappointed with house keeping. We love the area and Sea Colony amenities but this trip was a big disappointment.

Beautiful stay at Bethany Beach

Condo was beautiful and sparkling clean. The inside has been completely remodeled and is comfortable and well stocked. We loved watching and listening to the waves crashing from the balcony. Steps from the beautiful beach. Easily walkable (~0.6 miles) from the downtown boardwalk area where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Would stay here again!
