Overlook the surf and sand from this third floor 2-bedroom (and den), 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, DVD, Wifi.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing stay

We have been renting this condo for years. It’s always a great experience. Has a great homie beach feel. Close to a ton of things in walking distance. Can’t wait to go back down there again next year.

Beautiful view. Comfortable furniture. Quiet! Loved the pool area!! Had a great time walking on the beach. I felt very relaxed. On a negative side… the Keurig machine was broke. We only brought K-cups. So we spent a lot of $ at Dunkin Donuts. Not happy about that! The tv off of the living rm didn’t work. Later on, found out the garbage disposal never worked. Started the dishwasher before we left…. Well, water and foam started to come out from the bottom! We made the most of it! Wendy Leone

Amazing place to stay

We loved every bit of this condo. Perfect location great for families with so much to do within walking distance. Super clean and more than enough room for everyone can’t wait to stay there again!
