Relax and enjoy our oceanfront condo with a full ocean view. Enjoy eating on our oceanfront balcony with breathtaking views. Watch nthe dolphins swim the shoreline, sunbathe or walk the sand on Sea Colony's private beach.

The condo sleeps 4 and features a master bedroom with access to 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen-size bed, 1 full-size bed, ceiling fan, and T.V. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with all appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Bosch the stackable washer, dryer, toaster, coffee pot, blender, all the comforts of home. The living room is comfortably furnished with a touch of hominess. Entertainment includes a SONY Flat Screen TV, DVD, and wireless internet.
Enjoy the air conditioning or open the sliding glass for a wonderful ocean breeze. Our second floor unit is right off elevator for easy in and out. A few quick steps and you are at the pool. beach and ocean.

Please bring your own bedding sheets and towels and personal goods, comforters, pillows, and blankets provided
SEA COLONY requires all renters to obtain badges for parking and to get in all sea colony amentities payable directly to Sea Colony when you arrive anybody 5 years of age and older

Great place

This was perfect for myself and my husband. We have stayed at Sea Colony almost every year for the last year 20 plus years. It is a great location walkable to the town. The owners were very nice and communication was very good.

Lovely Getaway

Adorable, beachy-themed condo in a perfect location. Corinda sent me everything I needed to know and was in touch when I arrived to be sure everything was good. Property is very comfortable and I enjoyed my solo getaway!

location is the best part !!

We enjoyed our stay! You can see the ocean from the living room/ kitchen and quickly reach the beach and the pools. The condo was well stocked and beachy. The resort had nice energy and fun activities. Our only complaint is the bed/ mattresses are not very comfortable but we still booked the condo for another year.

My stay was outstanding. The unit is well located in the Sea Colony community, and the owners are very helpful in providing guidance and tips that made the stay very enjoyable. The furnishings are very comfortable, and the location right next to the elevator is a big plus. I fully recommend the unit.

We loved our stay here at bethany beach! The condo was wonderful and met all our needs. Watching the waves crash from the balcony was great! We were very comfortable and felt right at home! So close to pools and beach! Loved how we could go to ocean city to visit, but come back to a more calm atmosphere. Corinda was very attentive to our questions and needs! Highly recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location, but…

We had a good time and the place was nice, although it could use some updates. The washer was moldy and you could smell it throughout the unit. We appreciated that the owners sent someone to wipe it out, but it is still stained with mildew and mold. If that doesn’t bother you, then I would recommend this rental. Great view of the ocean.

I had our maintenance guy come in promptly and he assured no mold, in washer. The renters wanted to cancel several days before they were supposed to come in and of course it was too late even it we had 2 weeks we would have tried to rerent As soon as they got to condo they were making big deal over washer because they wanted to leave. They threatened with a bad review if i didn’t return their money. We will not be subject to blackmail. We wlll try to make evrybod’s sty as fun and happy as possible. But this was way out of line. They met with our maintenance guy and was told the same thing but since they wanted to leave and go to their other engagement they actually said untruths

Overly Dated Unit

This unit has a great location, which is why I gave it three stars. It wasn’t clear from the listing, however, how dated the unit is and poorly stocked the kitchen was. I can deal with the beach theme - but the furniture and kitchen stock clearly hadn’t been updated in many years. For example, the silverware was of such thin quality that I could probably bend it if I tried. The cabinets also were disorganized and messy like someone tossed in random old plates and gear. It would go a long way to buy a new set of dishes and flatware. I also felt compelled to wash everything in the kitchen because there was hair and dirt on the floor under the cabinets. As I have a baby who crawls, she found this hair immediately, and it was gross. Also, the kitchen table and outdoor table are cheap and uncomfortable. The outdoor table is a light metal that wobbled and nearly fell over when I put my baby’s travel high chair on it. The couch also sinks in and is very old. The living room lighting also is odd. There are several lamps that are old - and one of which you can’t turn on because the cord is too short to reach the outlet. It gets by on the location, which we needed since we have a baby. The unit is in desperate need of basic updates so I wouldn’t stay again. It wasn’t relaxing to stay in a place that was not just dated in decor but the basic comforts of a home. Also - they don’t tell you this but they mail you ONE key to get in the unit. This was horribly inconvenient for my husband and I who needed to be in different places to care for our child. We found ourselves constantly having to remember who had it and had to coordinate more since we had one key. Mailing a key also is unusual, and the owners require you to mail it back, not something I want to deal with after a vacation with a baby. This was such a disappointing stay for us because we couldn’t feel comfortable.

As one can see, we usually dont’t get reviews like this, we always express that if something isnt right please let us know, we heard NOTHING, The things that were mentioned could have been resolved, dirt under cupboards, we have a great cleaning gal and she would have been glad to come back, and get on her hands and knees and go under kitchen cabinets, it was accidentally missed, there are adjusters for table outside, even high winds never knocked it over, we have 3 sets of place settings for 4 people, i guess previous renters didn’t put back properly, we would have been glad to get another key to renter, our maintenance guy would have brought one over right away, When you don’t have a chance to resolve its rather unfair to give 3 star review. Our place is decorated in beach cottage chic, and have not had any complaints about being outdated. Yes I must say a new sofa bed will be purchased for next season. I just wish the renter would have communicated as we would have solved most every issue

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It was a few steps to the indoor pool and exercise room next door and easy access to the beach. The view of the sunrises from the balcony was perfect. The condo was bright and comfortable and the beds very comfortable. We are looking forward to vacationing there next year.

A Gem

Perfect location and just the right size for our family of 4. Access to all amenities of Sea Colony, a short walk or bike ride to downtown Bethany. Cute property with an amazing oceanfront view. All the comforts of home in a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Made our long weekend getaway an easy no-brainer! The owners are so friendly and very responsive. Can’t wait to go back.

An ideal location with all the comforts of home!

What's not to love? Washer & dryer, cabinets stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee machine, and so much more means we got to pack less of everything. There's so much conveniently located nearby from the beach, pools, restaurants, parks, and convenience stores, you really don't need to go far for any and everything you might need. I LOVED the covered parking space and close proximity to the beach. In s short elevator ride, you're just steps away from a private beach. The condo owners were accessible and did a great job answering any and all questions.

perfect start to spring

So very grateful for the fun time spent with my kids to wrap up our spring break. The property owners were so kind and hospitable/responsive. Clean and well maintained condo. View was just what I was hoping for to sit on the patio and zone out taking in the ocean. We are very familiar with Rehoboth Beach but wanted to switch things up and soak up Bethany this time. Great location and amenities

We were very happy with our stay at Sea Colony. This condo had everything our small family needed to get away from the everyday. We were able to walk to everything, including the indoor pools, tennis facility, and of course the private beach. We watched the sunrise every morning and soaked in the hot tub just a few steps away in the next building. The beds were comfortable, the dishwasher, and washer dryer were convenient and the living area was well furnished. The additional half bath was also appreciated.

Outstanding stay at Sea Colony

Could not have been better. We were "first timers" with VRBO and the host couple were most pleasant in walking us thru the process, being in touch several times and letting us know what to expect. The check-in process was smooth. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and an ideal location. It is right off the elevator for ease of moving in/out, on a lower floor for ease of mind re our little person's safety and easy access to the beach, and at the north-end of the complex for a pleasant walk to town. OVERALL - we recommend it most highly & would gladly return. Chuck & Marge
