Villa Kiaviva is an architect's house located in the Haut Var, in the heart of Provence, near the Verdon gorges, a little more than an hour from Aix en Provence.
The place is perfectly suited for families and friends who wish to recharge their batteries in a real haven of peace. The 3000 M2 garden (with olive trees, pines, thyme, rosemary, lavender) offers several living spaces to enjoy every moment of the day.
The spacious and very bright house offers
- a large living room with large bay windows opening onto outdoor terraces
- an upstairs bedroom with adjoining reading room and direct access to a roof terrace
- 3 bedrooms on the ground floor (well away from the large living room) each with a private terrace
(all bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a shower room and dressing room)
- a separate bathroom with bathtub
- a fully equipped kitchen with central island
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- 3 toilets in total
