The apartment 'Flintstone' is very quiet in Staphel, a district of Sassnitz, right by a forest and only a 5-minute walk from the beach.

You can go hiking, swimming or cycling from Staphel. We have a bike rental and a bakery just around the corner.

The 30m² apartment for 2 people offers you modern facilities despite its size. The kitchen is fully equipped! Look forward to a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster & kettle, a fridge-freezer combination as well as an oven and hob with ceramic hob. The bathroom has a towel radiator and a walk-in shower. Of course you can watch TV by satellite. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm). Bed linen and towels are provided. A parking lot is at the house.
The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and was completed in August 2013. You can enjoy the sun on the existing terrace or relax with a glass of wine and grilled food!

Schön und ruhig

Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Einfach nur toll. Nicht überlaufen, am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Zum Bäcker 5 min, zum Badestrand mit Hund 20 min zu Fuß. Nicht extrem voll, also auch da entspannen angesagt! Leider gibt es keine ausgebauten Fußwege, auch nicht nach Sassnitz. Durch den Autoverkehr und Fahrradfahrer manchmal nicht so einfach von A nach B zu kommen. Aber schön, wirklich sehr schön dort für Ruhe und Erholung.

Spitzenklasse

Saubere und gepflege Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Fußläufig ist man in 3 Minuten am Strand für ausgiebige Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund, denn auch Vierbeiner sind in der Wohnung herzlich willkommen. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Schöne Ausstattung und sehr nette Vermieterin

War wegen einem Geburtstag auf Rügen und brauchte eine Unterkunft. Sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung und eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Wenn ich mal wieder auf Rügen bin dann werd ich gern hier nochmal buchen. Vielen dank nochmal an Frau Pust.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt, gerne wieder !!

Die Anreise erfolgte total problemlos. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Haus und ist modern, sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber:-) Toller Ausgangspunkt um die Feuersteinfelder, Hafen Sassnitz und Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch Ralswiek erreicht man Problemlos. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus kostenfrei parken, was das Be-und Endladen total erleichterte. Tip Top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber :-)

Reisen mit Hund

Wer gerne nach Rügen reisen möchte und keine Lust auf Touristen hat ist hier genau richtig untergebracht … zum Strand und Einkauf ist es auch ein wenig weiter aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe , abends und nachts ! Nur Mücken gibt es und minifrösche . Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett und mega Hundelieb.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Das ist sehr ruhig gelegen und nur 5 min vom Wasser entfernt. Wer die Ruhe liebt und von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt werden möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aber einfach mit nicht zuviel Kleinkram eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund auch. Strand und Wald sind nicht weit weg, die direkte Umgebung war nicht ganz so schön dafür ist die Lage ( Auto ist erforderlich) ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub auf Rügen

Für eine Woche Aktivurlaub haben wir uns für diese zentral auf Rügen gelegene kleine Ferienwohnung entschieden. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Zum Bäcker ging es zu Fuß. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein wenig klein, aber im Bett konnten wir gut schlafen. Der Rest war sehr unkompliziert. Parkplatz war direkt am Haus. Danke für den freundlichen Empfang.

Wir waren mit Hund und Kind dort und fanden es einfach nur super. Der Wald lag vor der Nase und dahinter der Strand. Und auch unsere Extrawürste wurden immer befriedigt :-) Lieben Dank!

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Objekt war qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet und innen und außen gut gepflegt. Nachbarschaft total ruhig, also ungestörter Urlaub. Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Bäcker und Mittagsimbiss quasi vor der Tür.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin liebevoll empfangen und haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden die Woche dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer viel von der Insel sehen möchte, so wie wir, hat von Neu Mukran aus kurze Fahrtwege, aber auch zu Fuß gibt es schöne Orte zu erkunden. Besten Dank für die schöne Woche.

Niedliche Ferienwohnung...

...in ruhiger idyllischer Waldrandlage, ohne eigenes Fahrzeug jedoch zu abgelegen. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierteil, Spülmaschine - alles vorhanden, was das Urlauberherz begehrt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.

Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage auf der Insel Rügen. Dazu beigetragen hat auch diese sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die zwar sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem idealer Ausgangspunkt für das erkunden der Insel ist. Auch die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
