The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a lake view. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 metres away, behind City Hall.

Orange and a light beige are the colours of this apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system. Layout: Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Size: 60 square metres—accommodates up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available.
