Fully renovated ocean-view duplex with a pool on the 2nd floor of a former hotel built in the 1930s.<br>The residence, featuring a heated indoor pool, is located in Saint Guénole, a fishing port at the tip of Penmarch, 300 metres from the Eckmühl Lighthouse, which you can admire from the windows and balcony.<br>It consists of a 30-square-meter living area featuring:<br>A dining area,<br>A relaxation area,<br>A fully equipped kitchen.<br>A balcony overlooking the harbour and the ocean <br>A bathroom with a separate toilet <br>A sleeping area with a 140-bed in a duplex layout overlooking the ocean.

Séjour très agréable, appartement et localisation au top

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l'appartement de Sébastien. Il est très confortable et bien équipé. La piscine est un plus tout comme les points de vue à couper le souffle accessibles à pied. Nous recommandons chaudement!
