About this property

Located on the ground floor the apt is very spacious with a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a king-size bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bed has a mosquito net and can be un-zipped to split into 2 single beds. There is an en-suite bathroom and a large sea-view patio. There are louvered windows with mosquito screens to allow benefiting from the constant cool sea breeze. Floor mattress available for a 3rd person. Very fast and reliable Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi in all parts of the building and grounds. Private Netflix a/c provided.
THE SPACE
The property is in a detached building, with a secluded private pool, spectacular sea views and a short walk from most amenities from shops to beach.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all outdoor areas, e.g. pool, car parking and gardens. Access is also available to the large laundry room at the back of the property. The laundry room is opened when the housekeeper is present, Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.

TOURS
To make your holiday more interesting we have a list of recommended tours which can all be arranged for you upon request, before arrival or when in St Lucia. Our tour rep can visit you on the morning after arrival to orientate you with local amenities and tours.
TAXI TRANSFER
We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection. We need you to complete our online Taxi Transfer form so that we have all your correct travel details. Should you wish to be collected by our driver please indicate this on the form and payment will have to be made before you travel.
CAR HIRE
If you are interested in car hire we are linked to a reputable car hire company and you can get a 10% discount if the booking is done through our web-site. Vehicles can either be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa.

great location, very nice place

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We had been without laundry facilities for a week, and the house cleaner (charming) was willing to take our 2 bags of laundry and run them for us. Location was really good: just a few walkable blocks up hill from the Rodney Bay shopping center. Nice view of the harbor from our front porch. Would love to stay here again! Best advice to the owner: please include more specific instructions for finding the house! Our taxi driver had to get really creative to find it. Mary and Andy Todd
