Sympa trĂšs proche Ă  pied de la Cotiniere, Literie trĂšs dur pour le lit 2 places 140 cm, plus confortable pour les lits 1 place dans l’autre chambre. État de l’évier de cuisine dĂ©plorable Ă  notre arrivĂ©. La banquette clic-clac est inconfortable on sent toutes les barres meme assise. La tĂ©lĂ©vision fonctionne mal avec la parabole on est plus souvent en image fixe qu’anime. Dommage sinon pour le reste trĂšs bonne location avec tout se qu’il faut. Il manque un lave vaisselle. VoilĂ  pour les amĂ©liorations Ă  faire. Bien Ă  vous

GĂźte agrĂ©able et calme en juin. La cotiniere n’ est pas une plage au top pour des marches au bord de l’eau. La gĂ©rance immobiliĂšre un peu lĂ©gĂšre, vous appelez avant le sĂ©jour et on vous dit de rappeler quand vous savez votre heure d’arrivĂ©e le jour J . On ne vous informe d’aucune procĂ©dure Ă  l’avance pour l’adresse de retrait des clĂ©s
 bref! manque de communication. Sinon quand vous avez enfin rĂ©ussi Ă  avoir vos infos, accueil courtois et en toute simplicitĂ©. L’üle d’OlĂ©ron est un chouette lieu de vacances.

La location est trĂšs agrĂ©able, lumineuse et trĂšs fonctionnelle. TrĂšs bien placĂ©e prĂšs des commerces des restaurants et de la plage. Point de dĂ©part idĂ©al pour dĂ©couvrir l'Île. Seuls points moins positifs, de meilleurs oreillers seraient les bien venus, ainsiquun lave-vaisselle. Mais vraiment ce ne sont que des dĂ©tails
