Great Condo for a family vacation!

The condo was clean and comfortable. There were 4 adults and 2 children and it was a good fit for us. I love that there were enough pots, pans and dishes for us to make good meals! The furniture was comfortable and the view was spectacular! Proximity to the pool was also a plus! Loved it!

Mixed Results

The unit had the most well-stocked kitchen of any I have stayed in. 407 was also in fairly good condition. The furniture was not worn or uncomfortable as in others places where I have stayed. Being ocean front we had great views and got some nice pictures of sunsets. The negatives .. it was in the high 80’s every day of our stay. The owner has restrictions on the A/C that does not allow it to be set any lower than 70 making the unit uncomfortable from the heat. With 6 of us staying there we never had enough hot water for showers. The toilet in one of the bathrooms had a major leak with water covering the bathroom floor, however, upon contacting Vacasa the problem was corrected the same day. Overall I would recommend 407 Island House if you don’t mind a unit being too hot for relief from outdoor temperatures.

Great place but could have been cleaner

We loved the location and view. All furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I was disappointed when I had to clean the entire condo upon arrival. The cleaning was very sloppy, hair in the refrigerator and all over the sheets. It had not been swept. I complained but nothing was done.

Great views of the beach. Close to beach and pool. Many good restaurants in the area. Just a couple of concerns about the apartment. Blinds not working in family room, bunk beds very loose and bathrooms could use updating

Ocean Front Fun

Absolutely love this oceanfront condo. The view of the beach and ocean from here is absolutely fabulous! 407 Island House exceeded my expectations. The condo is perfectly furnished and very comfortable. All the supplies we needed in the kitchen were available. Will definitely be renting this particular place again!
