The actual unit inside is very nice and clean. It’s too bad this is in a smoking building. All renter beware.

2nd Time Stay

We returned to this unit for a second time because of the convenient location, great view, and comforts of home. We were there in October, so we didn't use the "summer" amenities, but being able to always see and hear the ocean, as well as the short walk to the beach was important. Parking is also very convenient to this location.

Beautiful condo with oceanfront view

Condo was spacious and clean. Location close to Bethany’s downtown shops and restaurants. Great amenities at Sea Colony. Large balcony for watching sunsets over the horizon and enjoying the view of the ocean and sound of the waves. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and kitchen is organized and well equipped. Nice view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. I was able to introduce my kids to pickleball and they enjoyed this. We were able to play pickle ball on the nice outdoor and indoor courts. This is included in the activity fee that you pay.

Great place

Very clean and spacious. We did need to request more toilet paper and that was brought over. We took kitchen towels and more garbage bags based on comments made in reviews. This unit has great views of the beach and ocean and was within walking distances everywhere we needed to go.

Great location but has issues

Dover house is the perfect location and this unit is very cute and airy. Unfortunately we had issues with the wifi and the appliances. The dryer in this unit does not work. We notified Vacasa right away but maintenance did not look at the dryer for two days. Maintenance advised that an appliance specialist was needed. It is the middle of the high season so we understood that getting a specialist out or replacing the unit during our week was unlikely. Vacasa was initially responsive, but we never heard from them again. At check out we stopped at the office and spoke to a manager who said we would get a call back to discuss compensation for the lack of an amenity. We have not received a call. We love Sea Colony, but the lack of customer service has been frustrating.
