Nice home

We enjoyed Sea Colony again this year. We have stayed in this home twice. May consider it for a third. Master bedroom beds are a bit uncomfortable…one really way too squishy. Master bathroom very nice tho.

1st visit to sea colony

First time renting and really happy with this rental. Place was clean upon arrival with clean towels and sheets. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking items- which we did most nights for dinner. Living space is spacious as is the masterbedroom. Rental is across the street from 2 drug stores- perfect for any last minute things you forgot to pack. Walk out the back and you are at the pool and beach in 2 minutes. Sea colony staff was beyond excellent as well as my interaction with Vacasa staff as well for check in and key drop off. Only thing I would add to my packed items is a floor towel/ mat for the bathroom because it gets slippery and wet quickly when my kids showered.

First time using Vacassa last week. We had a disappointing and unpleasant experience with the unit and the management. Communication went from slow to none very quickly. The issue in the unit was not repaired. They would not publish our review unless it was revised. We love Sea Colony, but we will use another agency in the future.

Nice condo, good location

This was an overall nice condo, well maintained, mostly clean upon check in. It was in a good location, easily walkable to the beach and pools. My only complaint is that the beds were SO uncomfortable. I have never felt beds as hard as the twin beds in this condo. One of them was unable to Be used it was so bad, the other was not much better. We also found the constant badge checks around Sea Colony inconvenient, though that is not a rule of the condo owner, just the property’s rules. Just note you may be asked at any time to show your badge if you are on the sea colony property so don’t forget to bring it with you everywhere you go.
