Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Plenty of space, big rooms, nice bathrooms, multiple places for people to hang out with or without others in the group. The screened outside table area was very popular with my family.

Great Labor Day Weekend!

Excellent house for 12 people (6 adults, 6 kids under 6). Lots of room for all families. Little far from the beach, but the shuttles are convenient. Amenities at Sea Colony are fabulous. Very good for little kids.

Filthy & Not As Advertised

We were unable to check in at check-in time due to unit not having been cleaned. We lost our whole first day because of the delay and when we were able to occupy the unit later that evening, it was still filthy. There was hair in the showers & bathroom floors, feces in the toilet, sand everywhere, dirty dishes, and the sheets had not been changed. We had to clean the whole house ourselves. Moreover, our personal items we had placed in the house at check-in time had been disposed of by the cleaning staff. With that behind us, one critical misrepresentation affected our stay: this is not a 4 bathroom house. There are only 3 full bathrooms, plus one 3/4 bath (no shower) and one 1/2 bath. The outdoor shower in the photos did not work due to a pipe leak that Vacasa was unwilling to fix (they simply turned the water back on and called it "fixed"). I contacted Vacasa Delaware and the main number about these concerns, and that the listing still inaccurately says this is a 4 full bathroom rental. Vacasa has not returned any of my 6 messages or otherwise provided an opportunity for me to explain these concerns (though they did issue a refund for our cleaning fee and replacements for our discarded items). This was a beautiful house, so it's a shame Vacasa is not managing the listing better.

Please note that because there is a tub, it is considered a full bathroom even though there is not a typical stand-up shower. We aim to rectify all concerns as they occur and remedy any issues our guests face in a timely manner and will be sure to follow up with the appropriate parties regarding the follow-through you experienced. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!

Cozy Yet Spacious Vacation Home

Enjoyed a week away with our family. Refrigerator was large enough to hold a weeks worth of food for our large family. Plenty of room in the home for all of us to comfortably hang together, yet, spacious enough to have our own quiet space when needed. Enjoyed the outdoor shower, open concept kitchen enabling one to be included in conversations in the family room and dining area. Washer and Dryer were key for cleaning bath & beach towels and swim suits. Bonus was being able to park a car in the garage to keep it out of the intense heat and sunshine (black interiors become quite hot on the back of a bare thigh). Pro and Con... The house was well stocked with kitchen ware and bedding. Unable to hang clothing in closets due to the abundance of additional bedding and appliances in the bedroom closets. Kitchen cabinets were all completely full as there was not one free for dry goods storage resulting in us storing items on countertops. The plus side was there was ample counter space even with dry goods taking up a good portion of one counter. Overall a wonderful family vacation and I would definitely rent this home again.

Spacious and relaxed environment

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The living and dining rooms were the center of the house. We spent countless hours playing monopoly and risk with the kids. Air conditioning was great. Wifi was stretched thin but was serviceable.
