The Space:
This stunning three-story oceanfront home in Palm Coast features breathtaking views and balconies for all to enjoy. Ideal for larger families, it provides multiple gathering spaces inside and out, making it the perfect retreat. With panoramic ocean views, the living room is perfect for spotting dolphins and migrating Right Whales. A beach walkover leads to the private coquina-sand beach, a favorite sea turtle nesting spot, where you can enjoy fishing, surfing, beach walks, and nighttime ghost crab hunting with flashlights for unforgettable memories.

Professionally decorated in cool blue and white tones, each room exudes an elegant and comfortable coastal vibe. The abundance of windows in the living area allows for stunning ocean views, making it easy to relax and enjoy large-screen smart TVs with Netflix and other programs. Life's a Beach is perfect for larger families and provides many gathering spaces inside and out.

The first-floor suite is private, featuring a mini kitchen, king-sized bed, and bathroom. The second floor includes the central kitchen, main living room/dining room combo (seats 10+), primary king suite with separate bathroom, and laundry room. Access to the spacious outside dock with a beautiful wrap-around deck and ocean views is from the kitchen. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a jack-and-jill bathroom, with both having private balconies. The third-floor loft includes an open area with a queen bed.

We welcome furry friends for a fee of $100 per pet. Please inform us in advance, and we’ll include them in your reservation.

Your beach playground is perfect for fishing, surfing, walking, hanging out, and reading a book. You can watch birds walking around picking fish out of the water and observe sea turtles who make nests all year round. Just bring your family and kids and enjoy your stay. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE.  USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.

Trash days are Monday & Thursday.             
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
 
Check-out time by 10:00 am.

Before departing, Please do the following:

- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Relax and unwind in this idyllic coastal haven, where you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is available.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
