There was no connection with the host to let us in early and there was a leak downstairs. Overall it was good and we plan to be back next year!!

Really needs some tlc. The furnishings are really showing wear and actual tears. The pool was dirty. They came and cleaned it in the last full day of our stay. There was sand in several of the beds. Visible debris on the interior stairs and around the furniture.

I wasn't sure what to expect....the photos of the listing aren't that great, and the first photo is of the clubhouse (not the property) and the most recent review before our stay mentioned it wasn't clean. I contacted the property manager (although when I sent the emails they told it they were not the property manger and they would "pass along the message" so not quite sure who was speaking on their behalf) to make sure it would be cleaned thoroughly before our arrival and it was very clean so that was great! Also, the property *mostly* shows better in person (really tall ceilings, spacious, and well built [I could be upstairs and not hear the rest of the group downstairs in the kitchen]) although the walls show some wear and tear and could use touch up and paint. The beds could also be appointed with better sheets and pillows.

Beautiful property. Enough space for everyone and easy access to the beach. Too many good things to mention but the photos are all accurate. Only issue would be some of the furniture could use an upgrade but my family and I loved the stay and would absolutely stay again.

Cinnamon beach house

Great location and the house met all of our needs for a great family vacation! Plenty of beach chairs and the pool was a nice perk. We stay in this area often and hope to rent this property again in the future.

Nautilus - a great spot to stay

Beautiful location. The house is roomy and the views are extraordinary. Pool is great but the hot tub is not warm. Sliding door at the pool did not open.the beach is really worn from recent storms so dune restoration is scheduled. That work did not affect our stay but it will likely affect others for the next couple of months I bet. Overall, this was a great rental.

Fantastic views

We had a great week. Enjoyed the pool and beach, the second floor balcony had an incredible view of the oceanfront. One small complaint you need a few more kitchen towels. I most diffidently would stay there again. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one

Nice View Nice House

Great view on the main and upper level. Nice pool table. Pool and spa with a nice walk over to the beach. Pleasant experience, the entire family enjoy the house. Beds were a bit on the hard side and lots of stairs, but the elevator was useful and there's a nice patch of grass behind the pool for the pups.

Wonderful time

The house had everything we needed including beach, chairs, and a tent for the beach. The elevator was great for my parents who have trouble getting up and downstairs. Pool was perfect size for our group and the beach was only a few steps away. Larger community pool is right next-door, and a kid friendly pool with bar and grill right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice!

Beautiful, clean house. Nice area. Easy access to the beach, which was not crowded at all. The only problem we ran into were the bath linens. Only one towel/washcloth/hand towel per person and no extra! Not a huge deal but still inconvenient. Loved the area and will definitely be back!
