This 3-story duplex has over 2,500 square feet of spacious living and everything you need for a great Summit County Mountain getaway. This home offers amazing mountain views off the back deck, and an incredible view of Buffalo Mountain out the front door. It features a private, 7-person hot tub on the back deck (repairs completed April 2022) and an outdoor grill. Work from home! The two king bedrooms feature desks with chairs and monitors, offering private space. There is plenty of common space to set up a laptop in the dining room, kitchen counter, or either living room, and fast WiFi.

Upper Level, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 king bedroom, 1 Bath, Master Bedroom and Master Bath.

This amazing home is just a short drive or free bus ride to local bars, restaurants, and shops.

Enjoy cooking your family favorites in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and up to date stainless steel appliances. Get together on the lush couches to watch your favorite moves or sports teams on the 52-inch flat screen TV! At the end of the day, you can rest in one of the 4 bedrooms, each with their own flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure before drifting off into a deep sleep.

Wonderful Family Time

Great time spent with family is this condo. Layout was nice for large family. Teens had lower level while adults had room to spread out upstairs. Well stocked kitchen and great location

Bluebird days and restful nights

The accommodations were perfect for our group of nine. Lots of room to Sleep Beds were comfortable hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes. Great location close to everything yet Scenic views from the windows. We even saw the moose family as we set up the hot tub. Appreciate the opportunity to stay

Great Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had four couples, two of which each had two small children. There was plenty of space for privacy as well as enough room for everyone to gather together. The location provided a sense of being very near to the wilderness while at the same time being only a few minutes away from the attractions and amenities of Silverthorne and the surrounding area. We would definitely book this property again.

Convenient location

We were close to all kinds of things we needed and wanted to do. The house accommodates a large group. We had 8 in our group and there was definitely room for more. The house had everything we needed but probably the best part was sitting on the deck for coffee and the hot tub. We saw two foxes, a mull deer, and on our last morning a family of moose from the deck! Momma, daddy, and a little one! AMAZING !

Beautiful home with great views

The home was beautiful and well-maintained. The hot tub was big and very clean, in addition to being on the deck with incredible views. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. The owners took time to label everything we might have questions about-light switches, cupboards and supplies. It was clear the owners want to make their guests' stay a wonderful experience. They provided a detailed book of instructions and helpful hints to make our stay perfect, which was so appreciated. The garage was a great spot to park a car and to store our ski equipment. There was also room to park two cars in the driveway. The living room had an electric fireplace and tv, and the adjoining dining room had a large table to sit 10 people. The living space downstairs provide extra space to spread out. The entryway was large and equipped with plastic boot trays and lots of hooks for our ski clothes. Overall, it was a well-maintained home and a perfect place for a group of family and friends to spend a ski weekend.

Disappointed with the property management company who knew week before our stay that hot tub was not working yet still sent us instructions on how to use it. One of the reasons we rented this place was private hot tub. Nobody responded to my message on VRBO.

Hot tub non functioning!

One of the main reasons we rented this property over others in the area was because of the hot tub. Our first night there we realized the hot tub wasn’t working and looked like it hasn’t been in a while. None of this was mentioned previous to our booking. I immediately contacted the property manager with no response until after we checked out. I tried to communicate with management with no response or resolution. We paid extra for a property with a hot tub and paid an extra maintenance fee for a hot tub that didn’t work. Very disappointed.

We do sincerely apologize that the hot tub quit working. We were not aware of the issue until after your checkout. We provide multiple ways to reach out to us through phone and text message so we can promptly address issues. We only found one email in researching this issue which had went into the spam folder. We promptly notified the hot tub company and they found the control panel screen had died. This part is not available locally but the hot tub technicians have the part on order so we hope to have it back up and running soon. Your hot tub fee will be refunded.

Perfect long term ski team rental

Editing project

We met for an editing project with 3 family groups, including One with a couple of teenagers. At work very well with living space downstairs and upstairs, and a communal place to meet in the middle. It was a very nice week. Hiking nearby and beautiful views.

Summer mountain getaway

Perfect property for our family getaway. Near all the Summit County places you will want to visit, shop, dine and play. The property can accommodate many different sleeping configurations and the hot tub was a relaxing way to enjoy the cooler evenings. Great place.

Great house in a cute neighborhood!

This was a great spot for myself and my friends! The neighborhood is quiet and there are a handful of trails nearby to escape the work day and go on relaxing hike. It's also only about a 10-15 minute drive from Keystone and about 20-25 minutes from Breckenridge, which makes it a prime location for a ski trip! The hot tub is great and there are also snowshoes in the garage for a hike in the snow! The only downside is that the garbage disposal in the sink doesn't really work, but that's far from anything major.

Excellent Property!

This property certainly deserves a five star rating. Very clean and great attention to detail including excellent stockage of basic supplies (coffee!), and noting what light switches operated what. Hot tub was clean and ready to go. Had a very nice "home" feel. Would strongly recommend this property.
