Our contemporary home is located in Eguilles, a charming and authentic village northwest of Aix, just 15 minutes from the city’s historic centre.<br>The house, with a total area of 180 m² and entirely on one level, features one very large living/dining room (seating 12) with an open kitchen featuring a central island. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktops, an oven, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine… This spacious and bright living area features large sliding glass doors and opens onto an 80-square-meter terrace—inviting and shaded—and, further beyond, onto the garden, which offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the Aix area. A lovely set of patio furniture awaits you for aperitifs and coffee.<br>As for the sleeping areas, the main house features 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen-size beds measuring 160 x 200, one bedroom with twin beds that can, of course, be pushed together, and a children’s bedroom with 2 pull-out beds measuring 90 x 190), 2 large bathrooms (one of which is equipped with a shower and bathtub). The living room also features a sleeper sofa with a high-quality 120 cm sleeping surface. Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, plus 2 separate bathrooms.<br>The entire property is beautifully decorated in a refined, contemporary style.<br>The house features a 2,500 m² garden filled with flowers and olive trees, complete with a 15 x 5-meter infinity pool and offering an exceptional view of the Aix countryside.<br>You’ll find everything you need for a wonderful holiday: bicycles, an XXL trampoline, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a plancha grill, a vegetable garden, a hammock, sun loungers, garden chairs, outdoor lighting, books, board games, toys, TV, PlayStation…<br>In the summer, in addition to the main 4-bedroom house, you can rent—for an additional fee—a 65 m² guest house on the same property, featuring 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 shower room, a living/dining room with an open-concept kitchen, and a separate bathroom.
