This second floor condo is fully furnished. It has a screened in lanai that overooks the golf course. It has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and NEW bath with walk in shower. Master Bedroom overlooks the golf course, and has a sliding door onto the lanai, which has a table & chairs. The second bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a couch and a love seat & TV.
Ceiling fans are in the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, and porch. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with 4 chairs. Your private parking spot is right outside the door on the 2nd floor of the parking garage and it is covered. All linens are provided, as well as beach towels. The unit has a stackable washer and dryer in the utility room, just off the main bathroom. There is cable, wifi and a phone for local calls. I am a real estate agent in Central Maine. I am a native Maine resident and love to visit and vacation in Florida in the St. Pete area. I also have family in that area and my son is a recent graduate of Eckerd College.
Why they chose this property
I chose to buy a vacation rental in St. Petersburg because I love the area and I know several people that vacation in that area every year. The area is well known and it is a vacation destination. Also, the Isla Del Sol complexes are well known and are very desirable to the rental community.
What makes this property unique
It is very close to the beaches of St. Petersburg as well as convenient to the airport. There are also many restaurants and shops to enjoy as well as the Downtown area of St. Petersburg, the Pier and several museums. It is also convenient to Busch Gardens in Tampa and many of the MLB teams do their spring training in the area.
