1,395 square foot condo includes 2 Bedroom, 2 bath (1 king, 2 singles) New king mattress Sept 2020. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet and master bath. Den also has a sofa love seat pull out bed. Open concept living, dining & kitchen area with a spacious master bedroom and walk in closet. Laundry room, screened in lanai with roller shades to block sun if desired. Newly painted. All appliances included. End unit with lots of sunshine & fresh air. Full kitchen with utensils & Keurig. Condo association includes 2 hot tubs, large heated swimming pool, tennis court, bocce ball & fitness center and outdoor party area with grills and extra tables. Banyan Trace Condo Development is located in the center of an old golf course with lots of walking trails. Close to many beaches, shopping and restaurants. $100 per person background check required by condo association (non-refundable) allow 20 days to process- payable to condo association. $100 fee for lost key fob
