PGA National Patio Home, 2 bedrooms with 1 car garage

2 bedroom/2 bath Patio Home in PGA National. Close to community pool and a short walk to the PGA resort. 1 car detached garage and 1 off-street parking space. Master bedroom is on the second floor loft with a king size bed. 2nd bedroom on main floor has a queen bed. Cable TV and internet with Xfinity.

Engineered wood and tile on the first floor. Carpet in the loft. Fully furnished kitchen with hickory cabinets and granite countertops.
Up to 2 small dogs allowed for a one time fee of $200 (must meet PGA rules). Sorry, no cats or other pets.

Access to the PGA National resort or golf club is not included as part of the rental.

Minimum rental of 2 weeks.
Contact me about discounts for long term rentals.
There are no taxes on rentals greater than 6 months.

PGA Townhouse

We had a wonderful two week stay at the townhome in PGA National. The location was great with nearby shopping, restaurants, beach and golf venues. The owner was easily accessible and very helpful. Looking forward to a longer visit next year.

Great Stay in Palm Beach Gardens Florida

Perfect accommodations for our extended stay at PGA National. Owner Nick was a great Host and the townhouse was just what we needed. Very well equipped and the porch is private and cozy. This would be our first choice for accommodations if we return to the area.

Awesome stay. Very clean and well stocked

We stayed here for a month and had everything we needed. The owner is great to work with and is very accommodating! The area is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. One of the best places we’ve stayed in.
