Le Prariond est implanté directement sur le front de neige du Val Claret (altitude : 2200 mètres) comportant le départ des remontées mécaniques, la liaison directe vers Val d'Isère, les écoles de ski (trois), détente, commerces… Dans un immeuble bien entretenu et surveillé (présence permanente du Concierge sur place), Appartement de 40 m², orienté sud. Ensoleillé avec deux balcons traversants. Salle de bains avec baignoire et lave-linge, WC séparé. Cuisine intégrée avec lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes. Salon/salle à manger. six couchages : entrée : deux lits superposés 80 x 190 une chambre avec son balcon: lit 140 × 200, meuble bureau, grands placards. canapé-lit tiroir: deux couchages 80 x 180 Situé au 5ème et dernière étage (ascenseur) Très calme... Couettes, couvertures et oreillers sont fournis. En ce qui concerne votre linge de maison, il comprend les draps (drap plat et housse de couette), linge de toilette, torchons de cuisine. Vous venez donc sans votre linge, et vos lits sont faits à votre arrivée, ceci pour un coût forfaitaire de 21 € par personne pour le séjour.

Excellent chalet. Plenty of room. Ideal location for slopes, shops and restaurants. Lovely views one side into the square and the other onto the slopes. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Could not have asked for a better place for our skiing holiday.
Just returned from a great week’s skiing in Val Claret. The apartment was fantastic, spacious than most we have stayed in and right next to Tuffs so very much ski in/out.

Clean and comfortable flat in a great location literally less than a minute from the Tufs Lift.
We stayed for a weeks skiing and the apartment is right on the tufs chairlift ski in and out and is easy access.
The bunkbeds are in the corridor but this was not an issue for us an the kitchen dining/lounge area was a decent size

Well presented apartment in the heart of Val Claret. Although able to sleep 6, we were just 2 and found it to be a good size. Kitchen small but functional with most of what you need to self cater. If not a raft of restaurants are on offer within a 5-10 minute stroll.Access to the slopes in a few paces and literally ski to door on the return.If you’re tall be aware that beds, particularly the bunk beds aren’t for those over 6 foot (190 cms) unless you bend your knees.Being close to the action does mean there are revellers returning noisily to their beds throughout the night…good ski hire close by (ski republic).Parking is 400 metres away but not a tricky walk. Some good ski shops in the midst of the restaurants

Je vous remercie d' avoir apprécié votre séjour dans ma propriété. Sa situation géographique, effectivement on ne peut plus centrale par rapport à l'essentiel des activités sportives et de divertissement au cœur de la station vous a satisfait. J'en suis heureux. La contrepartie de cette situation peut être une nuisance nocturne ponctuelle du fait de quelques fêtards..
Le lit double est bien à 200 cms. A la difference des lits simples à la norme habituelle locale.

If you’re after clean, we’ll maintained, self-catered apartment with space, great facilities, easy to access, and great value, then look no further.
Easy to check-in/out, with great communication from the owner.
Could not be closer to the slopes, 20m from boot room door to Tufs lift, and an easy ski down to Bollin, Funiculaire, Lanches, Tichot. At the end of the day, a quick lift up Bollin and down the blue takes you back to the door.
Shops and Val Claret centre and a short walk across the piste passed Tufs lift.
Apartment comes with everything you need to look after yourself for the week.

Not suitable for living in any way
Extremely old, unclean, and unsuitable for living whether long or short term. Very old carpet that has been there for who knows how long was sticky and covered the whole apartment. Smelly wash room without ventilation. Old couch made of wood was very uncomfortable. Tiny kitchen. We communicated these concerns with the owner and, while they were responsive, there was no effort on their end to make things right. Also, for what it’s worth, this apartment is quite far away from the main area of Tignes—a 30 min walk one way to get into town.
We were so disappointed in the apartment and the owners’ lack of effort to make things right that we left our stay early. I urge anyone coming to Tignes to avoid this apartment.

Sara, je vous remercie de souligner « ma réactivité » pour la préparation de votre arrivée, puis durant votre séjour, afin de vous faciliter la vie dans ma propriété située en plein centre de Val Claret-TIGNES, au travers, selon moi, d'échanges fluides et courtois. Sauf qu’après six jours de résidence, vous décidiez brutalement de quitter votre réservation au motif d’ «traces suspectes» selon vous (2 photos ne prouvant quoi que ce soit) imprégnées sur environ 10 cm2 du dormant d'une porte intérieur. Et j'ai bien tenté « d’arranger les choses » par un explicatif précis et rassurant de J., le Régisseur de ma propriété sur place. Mais vous mainteniez obstinément votre conviction totalement infondée. Dans la réalité, vous veniez d'être approchée par des personnes qui résident dans un appartement alentour, et qui vous ont proposé de séjourner dans leurs locaux. Ce que je peux comprendre. Sauf que vous aviez décidé d'accepter leur offre par sympathie réciproque et de maintenir votre décision quoi qu’il en soit réellement. Il est dommage d'utiliser des raisons fausses et infondées pour renoncer prématurément à votre location. Il n'en reste pas moins que, de mon côté, je ne pouvais accepter cette résiliation que vous me proposiez plus que tardivement. Devant mon refus, je conçois votre rancoeur, exprimée ici à travers vos propos outranciers dénigrant ma propriété. Myself and my wife and two young adult children, 23 & 21 had a great time skiing while staying at this apartment for 6 nights. The location is pretty much perfect for ski in ski out.
The apartment has two balconies, one in the bedroom and one in the front room, you can actually see the ski lift from the bedroom balcony. The owners provide duvets, two singles and a two doubles so don’t forget to bring your duvet covers. My daughter slept on the bottom bunk of the bunk beds which are situated in the hallway and she was fine with that but my son was two big so he used the pull sofa bed in the living room which suited him better.
We hired our ski equipment from ‘Ski precision Borsat’ which is just around the corner from the apartment and they were excellent.
The parking is a bit of a problem here, there is only one car park as the other one that was here is now being turned into a hotel. Parking on the street and outside the apartment is restricted and you will be at risk of a ticket. The owners advised us to park in the car park ‘du golf’ which would have cost us €90 so we tried but it was full, so after half a day of messing around someone told us to try the free parking at ‘Les Boisses’ which is about a 15 minute drive away and that turned out really well as there is a free shuttle bus service that runs constantly and stops right outside the car park and takes you back to Val Claret. Overall great location and great apartment but be ready to either pay the €90 euros or a drive for 15 minutes and get the shuttle bus back which I think is a much better option.

Merci d’apprécier votre séjour dans l’appartement ; d’autant que nous l’avons retrouvé très sale (photos a l’appui : 7heures de ménage au leu de deux) ; communication très difficile…
Immeuble très bien entretenu avec ascenseur non négligeable pour l'appartement qui est au 5ème. On pourrait presque rentrer dans le hall avec les skis tellement il est situé sur la piste, plus précisément sur la place centrale de Val Claret avec la remontée mécanique, les cours de ski, les resto/bars...Casier à ski et banc dans le hall. Le casier était juste pour 5 (alors pour 6...)L'appartement est agréable, assez spacieux pour 5. Il y a suffisamment de rangement. L'appartement est surchauffé (4 étages de chaleur qui remontent...), nous étions obligés d'entrouvrir les porte-fenêtres la nuit.Il nous a manqué l'appareil à raclette, un pommeau de douche digne de ce nom et la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine. Pour le reste, c'était parfait.
Prima accomodatie. Alles was zuiver en werkte. Zeer prettig. Beetje gedateerd. Maar aan de piste. Super.

Estuvimos 4 noches en este apartamento situado a pie de pistas al corazón de Val Claret.
Ubicación excelente e immejorable para esquiar.
Es un quinto pero con ascensor, y dispone de taquilla en la planta baja para guardar hasta 5 esquís.
Limpieza excelente.
Es pequeño, pero funcional.
Buena comunicación para entrada y salida con el host Jean Pierre.
