This unique house has a tiki bar, screened in porch, and a wide canal with 2 docks. Sit on the porch and enjoy your coffee, relax in the hammock and read a book, watch manatees or catch bass, snook, mangrove snapper, and blue crabs off the floating or fixed dock. There are NO bridges from the house to the gulf. Open floor plan beautifully decorated with tropical colors and art. Located walking distance to the Plantation for dinner, drinks, or golf! The water in the canal is fresh so no need to flush your motor after a day of fishing or scalloping. 10 minute kayak or boat ride to 3 Sisters and Hunter springs, 5 minutes to the main spring in King's Bay. The house is on the same canal as the Plantation.
