In the picturesque Mesnil Val district of Criel-sur-Mer, we offer this charming house for rent, with a sea view and access to the beach less than 100 meters away. With a surface area of 180 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden with terrace. We're waiting for you!

Location OKay - but House was not clean

Location was OKAY - House was also OKAY but I dont know for what everybody pays cleaning. All dishes and the utility were dirty not really clean they had a smeerfilm on the surface - we also did not use the the oven and the toaster they were even worst. The floor had hair on it ...so all in all we will not come again. I dont know what happend but this is not a four or five star house or a four star place to stay. You should work on the cleaning and it will be fine.

Villa Bel Air "We hebben met 2 gezinnetjes een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Bel Air. Het is een prachtige plek en het huisje is heel compleet ingericht. Voor een van de baby's was ook een campingbedje klaargezet. De communicatie met de conciërge verliep vlot en goed. Er was op dag van aankomst zelfs mogelijkheid om eerder te arriveren en dag van vertrek mogelijkheid om iets later te vertrekken. Dat was erg fideel! Ik zou het huisje zeker aanraden!"

Villa Bel Air "wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig 🙂 Das Haus ist in einer absoluten ruhigen Lage - ein einheimischer Bäcker nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt :-) - sonst gibt es aber im Ort (Achtung - Haus ist in einem Teilort) nichts. Zum Einkaufen muss man schon 10 min mit dem Auto einplanen - aber das war ok. Das Haus hat grundsätzlich alles, was man im tgl. Leben benötigt. Für 4 Personen gab es nur im Wohnzimmer ein bisschen zu wenig Couch (die Sessel waren leider nicht so bequem). Parken kann man direkt im Grundstück (umzäunt und abschließbar). Der Congierge einfach super und hilfsbereit - DANKE an dieser Stelle an Thomas. Der Strand ist auch nur paar Minuten zu Fuß weg - leider konnten wir den auf Grund des schlechten Wetters kaum nutzen. Seilbahnfahren in Le Treport sollte man unbedingt machen (ist sogar kostenlos). 🙁 Leider war der Fußboden sehr kalt (Fliesen). Und da leider kaum Bilder an den Wänden hingen oder keine Teppiche vorhanden waren, hallte es auch im ganzen Haus sehr. Cool wäre eine Überdachung der Terrasse. Auf Grund von Sturm hat die Holztreppe ins 1. OG extrem geknarrt."

Villa Bel Air "belle maison mais pas propre à notre arrivée Maison grande , bien équipée niveau électro ménage et bien sécurisé aux alentours une belle vue sur la mer , la communication difficile à joindre le concierge , sanitaire propre mais le reste de la maison sale on a retrouvé des voitures enfants sous les lits , la hotte était toute grasse, le meuble ou il y a 2 éléphants rempli de poussiere on y a voyait notre trace de doigt le poêle à bois la vitre est noir on ne saurait meme pas apprécié la flamme le soir et il etait rempli de cendre le concierge ma dit que c'etait la proprietaire qui s'en occupait .les carreaux sont très sale ainsi que derrière les meubles et le divan .On n 'avait pas de wifi ....la propriétaire ma gentillement dit que l'on etait à la campagne avec les petits oiseaux ....c'est très professionnel ....je pense que je la dérangeais le concierge est venu remettre le wifi 2 jours après.Nous avons pris des photos de tous car pour moi ce n'était pas propre du tout les interrupteurs rempli de poussieres , les plinthes ...."

Le fait de nous prévenir 2 jours avant pour la chambre ne nous donnait pas le choix de faire grand chose. Le bruit provenait des travaux d’une maison voisine. Le reste était bien La literie parfaite. Villa Bel Air Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt im Haus. Es ist groß und geräumig und fantastisch ausgestattet. Nichts fehlt. Der steile Weg hinunter zum Meer dauert ungefähr 15 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der 15 Fahrminuten entfernten Stadt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig

Alles hat gepasst!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Das Haus ist super schön und sehr gut ausgetattet. Unter der Terrasse konnten wir grillen, im Keller Tischtennis spielen,5 Minuten Fußweg zu einer sehr guten Bäckerei und zum Strand. Der Garten ist hoch umzäunt, so daß wir unseren Hund in diesem auch gut laufen lassen konnten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war absolut unproblematisch. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Amazing views in a tranquil setting

The house is light and airy. It's open plan and has amazing views onto the ocean from the deck at the back. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook great meals and the property was really clean. It's within easy reach of places to visit and good places to eat. I had my dogs with me so the only downside was that the garden isn't secure which was a bit of a drawback. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and I had a relaxing time.

Schönes Haus mit toller Meerblick-Terrasse

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat viel Platz. Die Terrasse ist super. Der Garten hat eine gute Größe, leider war das Tor kaputt und die Hecke zum Nachbarn hat große Lücken, sodass unser Hund nicht alleine im Garten spielen konnte. Hunde dürfen nicht an den Strand im Ort. Man muss an der Küste entlang suchen bis man einen Strand findet an dem Hunde erlaubt sind. Die Kreideklippen sind sehr beeindruckend. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr gut und der Concierge Thomas war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Aussicht in beschaulichen Dorf am Meer

Gute Austattung im Haus.In ein paar Minuten befindet man sich am Kieselstrand mit beeindruckender Steilküste. Direkt am Meer gibt es ein Restaurant .Die Sonnenuntergänge kann man auf der Terrasse des Hauses genießen.
