About this property

This beautiful southwest Cape Coral home features a split bedroom design as well as a game room with a heated pool and 5 person jacuzzi in your private lanai. This home backs up to a wooded preserve and a nature trail of with abundant wildlife such as Bald Eagles and Gopher Tortoises. Both the master and guest bedroom have private entrances from the lanai. Pets welcome.

The pool heater is electric and set to 87 degrees at all times with no extra charge. The spa is a stand alone so you’re able to control the temperature there at will.

The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Wonderful experience with fantastic amenities!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo! The pool and hot tub were a hit…perfect for relaxing. The beds are incredibly comfortable too, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Host is very quick to respond

Good house

Overall it was very nice. The bathroom in the hall does not have hot water at the sink. The blinds in master at slider needs help. But it was a great location and served us well

Beautiful home and area!

Loved the property and screened in swimming area! Walking path in nature preserve nearby was convenient and peaceful. The bed was super comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Perfect Stay

We had an awesome experience! This rental was very clean, had a beautiful pool, hot tub, and everything we needed was provided. There were lots of towels, beach towels, dish and laundry detergent, and even large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!
